I come here a lot and this week I seen all new staff. It is way better everyone seems to be working together and not annoyed by taking your order.The new GM was there. She was helping everyone making sure the flow was going good, I like it. ππΌ good job!
I understand that they looked short staffed , but the guy taking my order was rude when taking my order as if he was annoyed , then I found his long hair in my pizza! I thought hairnets were needed with long hair. I rather pay for expensive pizza outside of the mall then go back there again!

Need to improve customer service, there were another two people waiting.
I understand labor shortage, but at least talk to your customers to let them know you will be with them shortly.

Worker touched one of the slices barehanded, my pizzas bread looked deformed, and I couldn't even finish it because it looked really bad. I only ate the toppings and it was Meh.
After we get out of the store we get pizza π from here and I always get sausage or cheese pizza and you don't even have to wear your mask on. And we always get the last slices or get a new fresh of pizza. Perfect pizza place.
Worst Sbarros I have ever been too. Employees rush you when order. Nobody was even behind us in line. Mac & cheese was over cooked. Pizza was not good either. Seemed like it was sitting for a while
