Longman & Eagle - Chicago - Photo album

Really enjoyed our dinner here. $200 bill for five drinks, two apps, and two of the large plates - not bad of a price since I loved the service and the food! We got the dry aged steak and sausage stuffed pork belly. My husband and his friend tried a couple of the whiskey drinks each, splendid. It wa
Not sure why Google thinks this is a hotel. This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorites. Everything I've had is amazing. The food is comforting and yet sophisticated. Vegetarians will have great options. The menu is limited but this is a good thing because quality is unwaivering. The o
This place is amazing. The service is top notch. The staff is so nice. And the food is to dire for. You can hang out for a casual drink at the bar or get an elevated dining experience with the amazing selection of dishes. Not to mention the seemingly limitless list of whiskies. You are doing yoursel
Cute place. Kind of full of themselves. Service was good. Attentive to fill the water. Never rushed us. Very loud. Great for a bar. The food was limited and tried to be trendy.
This place is a gem hiding in plain sight. We stopped in around 4PM looking to grab dinner but the kitchen opens at 5; we grabbed seats at the bar for cocktails while we waited. The bar staff was very friendly and we learned they were serving their family meal in the back room. The staff jokes ar
Had Sunday Brunch with the family and it was fantastic. We all had different entrees and shared and all were fantastic. Our server was the best. AND… the whiskey selection was amazing! Got a pour of the 2023 WLW. WOW. Highly recommended!
Fabulous! The food is outstanding. It's not a wonder why they have more than one Michelin Star. The bourbon, whiskey and rye selection is unbelievable. If you're intimidated by how much they have and you're looking to try something new, tell them what you usually drink or like and they can recommend
Had a nice first visit after multiple recommendations. Great cocktail and bourbon list. Only bar seating available - so now point of view on food or service. Outside seating setup was particularly impressive vs the norm in Chicago. Seems they have good thing going! 🥃
Would highly recommend this place! My husband and I ordered to share and we had the Berries and Burrata, the Meatball, and the Halibut. All were excellent! The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our server but we waited quite a long time between courses without seeing them during this visit I a
Absolutely delicious options for brunch- definitely will be coming back for dinner! I got the Eggs Benedict which came with homemade English muffins, hollandaise sauce, thick bacon, and roasted broccoli. Not too heavy but very filling! Service was wonderful and the atmosphere is great
Great spot in general. Low key amazing brunch. Super underrated burger. Home to one of my favorite chicken sandwich’s and breakfast sandwiches. Obviously one of the best dinner and whiskey spots in Logan. But also the perfect spot for a first date or a 50th date. Just perfect, never change Longman!
Worth a detour. Love this place. Food, drinks, vibe, service—all excellent. And I have to say I like it better as a Michelin Bib Gourmand than as a one-star. The menu is more accessible in every way, and all the food is still delicious.
Excellent food in a casual, friendly atmosphere. Limited reservations for dinner and no res for brunch/patio/bar, so if you walk-in at a prime time, be prepared to hang out for a short bit. Lovely patio and brunch-time donuts at the back bar!
I’ve eaten at Longman & Eagle twice now. The food is delicious and the service is great. Miguel was our server the first time we came in, and was wonderful. The second time we came in, the server said she was new and she did an outstanding job checking on menu ingredients (I have celiac disease) and
Food was delicious! Bourbon Selection was amazing. Best Old Fashioned I've had in a long time. Service was top notch. Highly recommend!
Restaurant Review- As a vegetarian and gluten free eater this place had yummy and good options for dinner! Here is what we ordered: Vegan sour cream and onion dip with chips Blueberry buratta (I used the left over chips my partner used the foccocia it came with) Impossible smash burger with lettuc
I heard Peayton was a great bartender... but alas, he wasn't there. his good friends Chris and David were incredible tho. had the meatball with polenta and several tequila shots. 10/10 would return even if Peiton isn't working.
