Good, quick, healthy, clean food. Cute and comfortable interior. Lots of gluten free options. My husband is not gluten free and enjoyed his food also. Garlic and parmesean sweet potato fries were AMAZING. Order at the counter and they deliver to your table so you're a little more in control of how much time you are there if you have somewhere to go after. Definitely will be back!

Healthy food at a great price. Very nice seating and environment. Helpful staff, food was prepared quickly and tasted very flavorful. Staff very receptive to allergies and dietary preferences. Good spot for group of five or more or for one to two people.

Good food. I like the fact they have vegan options and focus more on healthy side of food. We had red curry bowl with veggies, roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, and chips and guacamole. They are all tasty. Especially the curry bowl really hit the spot in this windy, cold, rainy day! The interior is clean and spacious. This can be a good place for party or big groups! There are few downsides of this place. First, it took a long time to get our food even when it was not the peak. The second one is what blew me off which is they don't wear gloves when they work in the kitchen cooking for your food. On top of that, they use their hands to grab topping and salsa to put on your food!!! THEY USE THEIR HANDS! What?! Which era we are living in? What's the health regulations here? I can't believe my eyes when I saw that. Anyway, the safe way to go is order those food that doesn't need topping or salsas on the top. Hint: Curry bowl is the way to go.

I travel for work weekly and it’s hard sometimes being vegan when out if town. I found Lyfe Kitchen right down the street from my hotel and it is perfect. The tacos are my favorite. I have been here 3 times in 3 trips.

This is my go to lunch spot when I’m in Chicago. It’s a healthy fast casual place with lots of options. Last time I was here I got a salad and added salmon, which was a pretty small portion. Other than that, it’s great

Atmosphere: Light, natural cafe, casual Service: Counter ordering, friendly Food: We tried the guacamole and chips (good guac bland, stale chips), chocolate chip cookie (yumm!) and the hibiscus tea. Very pleasant experience. Pricing: Approx $13 for items listed

Omg! Absolutely fell in love with this place the moment I walked in! It is not a dedicated gluten free facility but they are knowledgeable of Celiac's Disease and completely understanding. Would love to see this company branch out, especially into Michigan. Will definitely return here to dine on my next trip to Chicago!

Wonderful farm to table restaurant with great vegetarian/vegan options. We were here just visiting the beautiful Chicago area and happened upon this place. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy! The kids (husband included) got to splurge on some guilt free vegan desserts. Comfortable atmosphere with plenty of seating. Many organic ingredients and just simple food made well. Would definitely visit here again.

Was a bit skeptical before I ordered but the Milk fake (chocolate sea salt I think ) was totally worth it. It was so good and thick. Have not had anything shake this good since I went plant based. They nailed it. Also the had the chocolate chip cookie, couldn’t resist it. And the staff was really nice and friendly. Would love you try more items on the menu when I go to Chicago again.

Good food at a great price! I felt great eating something so healthy and delicious, especially since it would cost twice as much elsewhere. Well-lit atmosphere with quality HD television too.

Like probably most restaurants in downtown Chicago, the food lacked a bit a feeling of freshness. I did enjoy it though. The potatoes that came with my breakfast were drizzled with a spicy salad dressing that was nice and the pancakes, while a bit tough, had a unique flour taste to them that went well with their maple syrup. Counter service and a good modern reasonably quiet atomosphere. A little pricey though that I guess is also common for the area.

Might be one of my fav places to eat. Lots of tasty options, great service, good hang out atmosphere. There's not a lot of healthy places to eat in Chicago so this is a good spot. I didn't care for protein bar when I ate at that alternative healthy spot so this is my go to for healthy tasty food.

The staff was great. The food was great. A variety of food styles to choose from: small plates, wraps, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Healthy and fast. Great place for a relaxing quick bite.
