Love this place. We had such a nice time. Katrina was such great service. We ordered a number of small dishes and all were delicious. Loved the bruschetta, beets meatballs, etc... Love the ambiance, will definitely be back.
Nice atmosphere, very attentive service, and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend the truffle egg toast. Slightly weird that the pasta and meat dishes were about the same price, but you get a lot more food with the meat.
Great Restaurant! Italian small plates, extensive wine list. Sevice was impeccable. Love the location and look of the place
It was just fine. I would definitely prefer franchesca over this one. Similar price, but I found franchesca to have a more authentic experience. Also free sides there is a bonus. The bar and the TV also makes this place a bit noisy. But overall I wouldn't say this is a very solid choice for Italian
Wonderful brunch! Service was super attentive and was honest about no heat lamps in the kitchen, so things come out as they're ready. Neat place!
Visiting Chicago from Texas and we wanted a little taste of Italy. We stumbled on this corner restaurant. We were served by the wonderful Jimena and she brought cold water right away. The establishment is rustic which gives it that Italian vibe. We tried the margarita pizza and the meat and cheese p
If you are in Chicago, you want/need to go here. Fresh food. Ask for what pasta is made fresh that day.... and Managers and assistant managers top shelf. Katrina took care of us. Fabulous.
We had a very mixed experience at Davanti Enoteca. Service was good and bad. Food was good and bad. The hostess greeted us immediately and seated us. The busser was excellent ensuring we had water and clean utensils throughout the meal. But we had to wait a lot on the waitress. She was very person
Truffle Egg Toast caught my attention by the name! I ❤️ truffle! Perfect combination: egg + fontina cheese + asparagus + truffle oil ($11)
Nice atmosphere. Good food but was not amazed by any dish. The burrata that we had was very good and is probably the only thing that we would get again if we came back. Overall great service and good food!
The house made limoncello was amazing. The food was really good as well. We loved the crispy sprouts
Had a great experience. The gentleman at the front told us the wait for a table was an hour but gave us a heads up for the space at the bar where we had full and attentive service. Good people watching and great food. The dishes were elegant, tasty, and filling. Service was courteous, friendly, and
Great food, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff.
We had reservations for 6:30, this restaurant was packed to the doors with people waiting, busy night with an event at United center. We ended up waiting close to 40 minutes for a table. We' asked the hosts one time about the delay and they explained and we stood at the bar and had our drinks and
Third time here, they always have good service and good food, brunch bottom less mimosas
Let me START OFF my saying I LOVE THIS PLACE. I found them today on Yelp, trying to find a nice spot for my nephews graduation celebration. Street parking was easy, nice quaint neighborhood, cozy with a really nice ambiance. You feel like you are in a wine cellar. My sister reserved it today and by
You NEED to get the meatballs okay? Need. My friend and I ate here for lunch as a we need an escape from law school treat and everything was delicious. The service is great as well. Our waiter Matthew was very accommodating. Anyway highly recommend.
Food was great but a little pricey. The reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the menu is very limited but the food comes out very quick. They also have some of the best spicy pizza I've had. As a bonus they have some of the best wine I've ever drank, and have a good amount of wine options. I r
