Giordano's - Chicago - Photo album

Brand new into Chicago and still lagging from the flight I stepped into Giordano's, intending to place a to-go order. The atmosphere was so inviting I had to investigate. Amidst the perfect amount of light falling on squeaky clean surfaces, I took a comfortable seat at the spacious bar located in th
I ate at Giordano’s for the first time on Sunday, Nov. 12, 2023. When we (I went with a work colleague) walked inside the restaurant we were given a 20-minute wait for our table. However, much to our pleasant surprise, the wait was only about 5 minutes. Even though the wait was short, we still had t
Went while visiting the area for a conference. Hard part is parking in downtown Chicago. But if you’re able to park in the street or find a lot or garage, this place is worth it. We went on a Saturday night and they were just the right kind of busy. Not a huge dining room but people were constantly
We ate at the Giordano's location on Michigan Avenue today as we couldn't cross the street to go to the restaurant originally booked weeks in advance due to all of the Chicago Marathon traffic blocking us. The best was made out of an unfortunate situation, and we had some awesome, Chicago-style deep
When visiting Chicago, you have to get deep dish pizza, and Giordano's is a solid choice. We split a medium of The Special among 3 people, and one slice made a meal! Admittedly, we started with the Calamari appetizer and wine (I had a decent Malbec) while we waited the 40 minutes for our pizza to co
Super delicious! We ordered a Medium deep dish for 3 people and 2 slices were left over! Didn't really like the wait time... but it was worth it in the end for sure!
My 1st Chicago style pizza. It didn't disappoint. Very cheesy, delicious sauce, and the chicken sausage was delightful. Now I am going to try the competitor to see which one I like better. I will definitely have this place again.
First time trying deep dish pizza, I was skeptical to begin with as I was under notion that It would be too much sauce or too much bread, however I am glad that I was proven wrong, thanks for Chicago Cops that recommended this place, place was packed but I loved the organization where you line up to
Ahhh how I love Giordano's Chicago Classic Deep Dish: a vertical goodness of magical stuffed crust pizza. The cheese pull, the crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside dough, the saucy sauce, fluffy layers but yet dense enough to defy gravity. Best deep dish pizza I have ever tasted. Thanks
2 Canadians trying deep dish pizza from one of the highest rated places and it was definitely not a disappointment. We came here because Dave Portnoy gave it a high number review (higher than Malnati's or Uno). Giordano's definitely delivered. Amazing pizza.
Delicious pizza! We had the traditional deep dish pizza and was really tasty! Really good service. It is an excellent option in Chicago!
It was our first time here. My sister suggested eating here since she saw a post on tiktok. We opted for thin cust since the deep dish was close to $40 for a large. It's pricey but the food is delicious and well worth it. 😋 the sauce was not so sweet from what you're used to from other locations. It
The one place where it's acceptable to eat an entire chunk of cheese 😂 So so delicious! Also I had some cheese bread and a salad while waiting for the deep dish and they were excellent as well. Definitely a must try place in Chicago!
Went this this place on a Saturday night and the place was packed! The pizza was good—fillings were spot on. The crust was something else though, not too bready and with just the right amount of flakiness. It was not soggy and complimented everything perfectly. Wait time was approximately 40 mins w
First time Chicago deep dish pizza experience and I wasn’t disappointed. We came in on a Wednesday night and it was pretty empty. Staff was friendly, booths were clean, and the menu options were great. Tried the Chicago classic. A small was still a lot for 2 people, which was nice. Got a classic c
We visited Chicago for a week. We went to Giordano's twice. We should have gone 3 or 4 times. Deep Dish, FAHGETTABOUDIT!
Ate here back in 1999 when I visited Chicago while studying in Indianapolis. It was near our hotel so we just went in. I still remember that double deck giant pizza :) first time ever seen such a big pizza. Unforgettable experience at those good old days :) Glad the shop is still open. If I ever com
