Stopped here for dinner before seeing a musical yesterday and our dinner was nothing short of amazing! Our waiter Corie was great! I had a Blood Orange Cosmo to sip on that was quite tasty! My mom started with a cup of soup, the shrimp and lobster bisque, and it was fantastic (I of course had to taste it)! Now as for our dinner... It was beyond our expectations. My mom had the surf and turf and I had the horseradish crusted filet, I added a lump crab cake on the side. We were beyond satisfied with our meals and every thing was so delicious! I'd highly recommend this restaurant! I know I'll be back!
I have been here several times and every time the food has been great. I think it's one of the best restaurants in Chicago. I love the ambiance and the service is always amazing. Tonight I had the tenderloin tips with au gratin potatoes and it was excellent.
My guilty pleasure when I come to Chicago.
The fillet medallions melt in your mouth and the specialty drinks are top notch.
Not the cheapest, but not ridiculous for the level of dining.
Great food, great service. The food was beyond my expectations. A special thanks to Nahum, our bus boy for going the extra mile!!! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.....
Celebrated my daughters 16th bday, we had pre-planned the menu since it was a large party and the food was excellent. They gave us extra as we requested and the waitress and busboys were awesome. Very friendly and very professional.
Food was great, great recommendation since I was referred there and will definitely go back
Have never had a bad experience here. Yes, some nights are busier than others, so of course things can take a bit longer on Friday or Saturday nights, but even then, both the food and service quality were excellent.
Awesome! Marcos our waiter was very attentive. Prime Rib and New York strip cooked perfect and tasted great! Good portion sizes, overall it was very nice experience!

After work stormy night Martini was the focal point of this visit. I brought my friend here and she agreed. ☆☆☆☆☆ Martini's. Oh, and the food was GREAT(as always)!
Excellent food and our waiter Corey was just the best....super-friendly and super attentive.
Great steaks ,great service , we will definitely go back when we come back to visit Chicago. Cory was our waiter and was very helpful , and had a-lot of patience with our elderly mother..
The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Rat Pack Era, the restaurant was very clean. Loved the bathrooms…besides it being very clean, the I liked how the stall doors went down to the floor & gave more privacy compared to most bathrooms!
The service was top notch! Every employee that we interacted with was very kind and our server was attentive to us throughout our entire time there.
The food & drinks were absolutely incredible!! My mom and I both had the Cedar Plank Salmon with a Bourbon Glaze, and it was one of the best pieces of salmon I’ve ever had! I had a side of Mac & cheese that was super tasty, and my Mom loved her side of mashed potatoes! We then split an order of the Wildfire Chopped Salad, because my Mom said I just HAD to try it! The salad was massive, so we took some home, but its’ taste definitely lived up to the hype - SO good! We both ordered 1 of their famous Martini Flights - It’s no longer on the menu but still available to order! The flight is a bit on the pricey side, but if you’ve got the money to spend & you like martinis, it’s 100% worth the splurge!
Delicious food. Tender and juicy steak, delicious and perfectly seasoned sides. Melt in your mouth steak. Absolute winner was the corn bread. The corn bread was so succulent and moist, I would come back for 3 plates of it. The CORN BREAD was perfection, no matter what do not skip the corn bread. Service was top notch too.
Amazing experience. First time coming here and will definitely come back!
The service was top notch! The food was amazing. For appetizers we had bacon wrapped scallop skewers which were divine and calamari which was so crisp not over salted like some other places do! Entrees I had the beef Wellington oh my goodness that was cooked to perfection! So juicy and soft melt in your mouth meat! My fiancé had the New York strip and filet mignon so soft and juicy! The servers were so nice and checked on us through the night!
The cherry on top that made our time here all that more special was they brought out a delicious congratulatory chocolate cake to my fiancé as we were celebrating his big news! That was so sweet and he was so chuffed when the servers passing by congratulated him too! Really made our evening out all the more special! Loved it!
Can’t wait to be back to try out other dishes cause they had an array of items on their menus that sounded mouthwatering! Don’t believe me, just look at the pictures I took! 😊
We went for my brother's birthday and the service and food was amazing. They have many gluten free options and my brother stated their homemade gluten free bread was the best he has had. I had Prime rib and the horseradish sauce was so fresh and creamy...delicious!
Had a reservation and was seated promptly. We didn't like the booth, so they were able to accommodate us and move us to a table. Ordered the calamari, it was decent. The French onion soup was very flavorful. I had the filet mignon wellington and it was delicious. Top it off with the key lime pie, very good as well.
This is our go to spot in the city for great steak. This last time we visited this steak house I got broiled New York strip and my wife got the pistachio crusted flounder. My steak came out perfect and the fish my wife ordered was delicious as well.
Drinks are strong and beer is cold. Great spot for dinner.
Service as always was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant has a large dinning room with a good size bar
Always delicious food at Wildfire. I definitely recommend their seafood selection as I have never gotten anything I dislike. The cod is my favorite (pictured). Our server, Phillip, was also very knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly and attentive. He made us feel very welcomed. Portions are a good size too based on prices.
Wife and I been going here for years now.
Some of the best steak around for a great price!
Mondays they have souther fried chicken that is top tier with grade A honey to top it off. The sidecar is always my go to!
Will always come back to this spot
The food was very cost and very cost friendly. Pretty good service and atmosphere is decent.
We had a Corporate dinner here with Ownership flipping the bill, so I don't know how much this would have cost. But I would have payed it anyway, the way everything tasted. First let Me tell You that this place is worth the 5 stars! Great atmosphere and great staff. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I would recommend trying Wildfire if You are Downtown and enjoy Steak, Chops or Seafood. P.S. don't forget to Dessert.
We were celebrating a birthday. We were seated right away at a booth. The restaurant was not over crowded, but had a nice amount of guest. Our server was the best he kept checking in to make sure everything was OK, he didn't over do it like some servers do his timing was always perfect. The food was delicious. The birthday boy had the blue cheese cursted porterhouse steak with mashed potatoes and he loved it. The drinks were perfect. The decor was perfect for the holiday season.
The room and service are excellent. The staff are attentive and kind and know their food. The porterhouse was cooked to temp but was lacking - soft soggy crust and an overly sweet paprika flavor. My preference is strong salt and black pepper so that was a mismatch.
I recently dined at Wildfire and was thoroughly impressed by the upscale atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service.
To begin, the restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, with a polished interior that exudes sophistication and style. The open kitchen adds to the lively atmosphere, and the energy of the restaurant is electric.
For our appetizer, we ordered the copped salad and were blown away by the freshness and flavor of the ingredients. The greens were crisp and the dressing perfectly balanced, making for a tasty and satisfying start to our meal.
For our entrees, we ordered scallops, ribeye, and prime rib, and each dish was a true standout. The scallops were perfectly seared and served with a delectable sauce that complemented the delicate flavors of the seafood. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and had a juicy, savory taste that was simply divine. And the prime rib was tender and flavorful, with a rich, hearty flavor that left us completely satisfied.
But the most impressive aspect of our dining experience at Wildfire was the service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection, and they made excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.
Overall, Wildfire is a top-notch restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. From the upscale atmosphere to the delicious food and excellent service, it's clear that this is a top-notch establishment. I highly recommend Wildfire to anyone looking for a special dining experience, and I can't wait to return.
Went out for a business dinner with 8 people. We were seated quickly, and the staff was very friendly. The drinks came quickly, and our questions were all answered well. I was really pleased with how well our head waiter laid out the nights meal options and the consistent refilling. The food came out a bit dissorganized/ we had to swap some of the plates around and that was a bit frustrating, but other all a great night. The rest of the table had some form of steak and sides which all looked cooked as asked and got lots of compliments. I ordered the fish special which was macadamia crusted halibut and it was very good. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was a good balance.
Went there for Thanksgiving right before I started cancer therapy so was not going to cook. The staff were fantastic, food was so delicious! Loved every bite! Made what was a depressing time into a fantastic evening. Can't thank them enough for doing this on Thanksgiving.
These guys are my heroes!!!! I really don't like steaks that bleed but LOVE Beef Wellington. I gave the server very simple directions....ask the kitchen to prepare this as high of a temp as they feel comfortable with but not burn the puff pastry in the process. The cook took it as a personal challenge and turned out for the first time something that no other restaurant has ever done for me....a medium well Beef Wellington with no burned pastry. It was freaking amazing! I want to say it was all skill but I suspect luck and some play in this...but it was amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers and it is what they are known for. The sides are great. The service is exceptional.
Our favorite meal in Chicago!! We started with the martini flight and they were all different, but tasty. Definitely not light on the alcohol either! The complimentary bread was a great start to our meal. The cornbread was my favorite. They even brought out a separate bread and butter for my wife who has a gluten allergy. She said it was fluffy and not at all like the typical gluten free bread she has come to expect. She had the gluten free macadamia nut crusted halibut and loved it. It’s not often she gets to have “crusted” anything, but finished every last bite. I had the medallion trios. The beef was cooked perfectly and the crusts were each unique. The mushroom was my favorite, but the Parmesan was a close second. We both chose the scalloped potatoes as a side (also gluten free). Everything was perfect and filling. I wish we had room for dessert!
