We had breakfast four times at NoMI Kitchen and ate once in the lounge for dinner during our stay at the Park Hyatt. This restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the views are amazing. Both the food and service were outstanding on all five occasions as well. This is a must visit restaurant for the views

Fabulous location with a great view right over the historic water tower, one of the oldest and most significant landmarks in Chicago, it looks spectacular at night from the NoMI restaurant.
