The food was amazing. Great for gluten and dairy free people. My only fault is they didn’t clear our dirty plates for clean ones when we had multiple courses and they couldn’t split a check three ways.
Delicious Asian food in the heart of river north. Despite the restaurant being super packed, service was excellent. The food was really good! Highly recommend the crab noodles and fried chicken bao buns. While the restaurant looks great, it is also super, super loud. Overall, we enjoyed!

If you like sushi and Asian food, you’ve got to try out Sunda! They have happy hour 4pm to 6pm got some hand rolls and apps for $6 each. The pork belly was my favorite. It comes with garnish that is actually kinda delicious. There’s some kind of vinegar dressing in there.

Brunch with the girls and we picked Sunda. I wished the brunch menu had more options. It was very small and didn’t have a lot of the things we saw online. We should have went on another day besides Sunday lol. But what we got was good! Just wish there was more to choose from.
The food was delicious and our server was fantastic. It is setup similar to a NYC style place with close tables so expect it to be a bit loud. The Wagyu lobster roll was amazing!
Highlights for me were the attentive, rapid service (constantly refilling my water) and the spicy edamame - SO addicting! The rest of our food and drinks were very good as well. Sunda is one of my all-time favorites in Chicago! Have been going here for the past 10+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. I love the Crispy Brussel Sprouts, the Adobo Fried Rice, and the Tiger Shrimp Tempura. Service is always good and atmosphere is nice too.

Sunda offered a nice experience while celebrating a special occasion. It's a large restaurant and very lively. By that I mean it got very loud at times where you had to scream to talk to the person next to you. The food and drinks however was very good and offered great flavors.

A scene-y Chicago gem. Oldie, but goodie with amazing food & cocktails. Must orders are their oxtail potsticker, escolar the great white, pork belly bao bun. I believe they still have Industry Sunday Brunch, so if it’s your day off, don’t miss out on it!
