Pippin's Tavern - Chicago - Photo album

We were pulled in by the happy hour sign on our way back to our hotel. Pippin's Tavern was a cool reprieved from the afternoon heat. It was open seating when we went about 3:00 pm. We'd already had a hearty lunch, so we ordered the happy hour oysters, cheese balls, and I got a happy hour draft Surly
I initially found because of its collapse proximity to current job site. Needless to say, it is now my favorite spot to get quick, accurate, and extremely friendly service! When I dine, I typically see Jessica and Ishe (I hope the spelling is correct) they definitely enhance the atmosphere. Their e
Ok Smoothest Martini ever. With hand stuffed olives Pippins Martini. The espresso martini is worthy. Tried the jumbo wings and fries both good choices. Atmosphere is a winner. Irish pub all the way. Good prices. Window tables are fun for people watching. And the one dog was super fluffy btw.
I recently had my wedding rehearsal dinner at Pippins and it was such a fantastic time! The staff was extremely attentive to my party of 75 and the chefs even came out to say hello after dinner. The team curated a menu for each guest and it was such a nice romantic setup in their barrel room for app
We came by Pippin's one evening for drinks and found it to be a great joint. A nice Irish pub with a great selection of Irish whisky's and a full bar and menu. Our server Joseph took good care of us and we tried a few libations before heading out on the town. Highly recommend Pippin's and we'll make
Great service! Guinness in tap! Old classic vibe. Juke box
The new version of this bar is way better than the old dive bar version, clean, good food, friendly service, though a bit slow, very chill. The corned beef sandwich is top-notch. I wish the kitchen was open till 11 pm or even 12 am instead of 10. It always seems odd that a bar stays open till 2 a.m
Sat at the bar at 6:00 just after Happy Hour ended, most seats and tables in bar full and probably needed to add an extra bartender or 2 for HH to quicken service. Had the carrot side and 1/2 chicken - note it takes :30 to cook the dish - very good juicy & flavorful and enough to take home for anot
I was in the city with my family and we were looking for some place to grab a quick bite and drink and we stumbled across Pippin's. We wanted something more casual so we went to the bar. I was a little overwhelmed by the options but the bartender, Hannah, suggested an orange smash which was perfect.
Delightful food and nice atmosphere. Great service! Check out the beautiful party room while you are there. One thing to note: the restrooms are on a lower level, so not super accessible.
We called in for a cocktail after our meal. This place was warm & welcoming and the drinks were made up with detail & care.
We rented out Pippin's bottom floor & bar area for a work reception & were so happy with our experience! The staff, manager, and event planner were attentive and extremely competent, the food was delicious, & everything was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I loved the atmosphere Receptionist welcomed me right away and gave me the table by the window which I liked looking out the Chicago Ave. Waitress was very kind but the food needed extra touch Crabcake was delicious though
Hannah at the bar was extremely friendly and was able to give me great recommendations for my vacation in Chicago! Will definitely be going back to Pippin’s next time I’m in the city!
