Sidedoor - Chicago - Photo album

A hidden gem in Chicago. Fans of Lawry's steakhouse will enjoy the quieter and more chill experience of side door. Although the atmosphere is more casual the kitchen doesn't skimp on the quality of the food. Simple fare elevated in a cozy spot.
Lawrys tradition -- loads of spectacular chef - driven food, craft beer, drinks, and elevated (but unpretentious) style. A cool joint that with cool ambience and amazing grub!
Good golly the prime rib sandwich is a reason to live love and laugh. You need to get here and eat this. Reasonably priced and great service.
Just had our law firm lunch at SideDoor today to celebrate one of our attorney's birthdays. The food and service was fantastic! No surprise that the prime rib was wonderful. The appetizers (lobster mac & cheese, chicken wings and avocado mash) were all great. It's also conveniently located off M
Wonderful place to eat and have a few drinks. Definitely on the more expensive side though. It's a nice place to be casual but not be at a dive bar.
Nice atmosphere and tasty beers and food. Had the fried chicken wings which had a great flavour and the right amount of spiciness. Should have come with some wet napkins to clean though.
Great alternative to Lawry’s service was ok, food was good. Atmosphere has very dim lighting. Good place to take a client for lunch or dinner.
Great place. Pretty expensive, but a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Great service, too!
Great food, solid Cocktails. Horseradish slaw was a little underwhelming but the knife and fork pastrami was fan-freaking-tastic.
Sidedoor is top notch. I rarely walk out of a place and think to myself, "I can't wait to come back" but this is definitely that type of place. Great food, grea t atmosphere, and great service.
