The art of pizza has some of, if not the, best stuffed pizza in Chicago. Add to that their various daily specials, and you've got a winner. For example, when dining there on a Tuesday, u got two slices of meat lovers special stuffed, I picked up a salad for my girlfriend and the chicken special, half a fried chicken, steak fries, bread, and salad, for the mom. The chicken was the special of the day at $6.95. Everyone was happy. Great food, solid process, great service.
After living in the Chi for many years, I know this is the best pizza in the city, and I always make it a point to come back when I'm in town. Pizza is an art, and these folks have perfected it!
It was great! Really chicago style deep dish at its best. Couldnt finish a 14 inch between four people. So pizza for breakfast today.

Very good cheese sauce dough ratio tastes very good and very filling not to mention the good prices Italian beef is great and so are there fried foods staff are always friendly they get it done in a hurry the only pizza place you can actually park your car safely too

Probably one of the top 10 pizza Slices I've ever had! One of the Great things that this place has going for it is that it has its own parking lot! This parking on the street business in downtown Chicago is for the birds...
Spartan furnishings and it really could use someone to clean the place up a little bit, but the taste of the pie makes up for it

They are my go to place for thin crust. Plus, I always get some drink for free (either a bunch of bottled waters or a 2 liter of pop)! They are the kindest pizza place in town and I care for them, deeply.
I love the Art of Pizza. They have great specials and pizza by the slice. My husband and I have been going there for over 10 years now. Would highly recommend you give them a try.
Still the best Chicago style by the slice. Id eat this pizza cold over most other places pumping hot pie. They nail the sausage the sauce and the crust. A++
Stopped by this place for a quick bite, good thing i did because the slice of deep dish i got was so fresh and very delicious (8.2/10) The dough, sauce and the cheese ratio was spot on. The restaurant is very spacious and they have a parking front of the restaurant.
This was my second visit to AoP we got 2 slices to eat for lunch and a whole pizza for dinner later. I love the fresh from the garden tomato taste of the sauce that no other place I've eaten has achieved. The pizza traveled well, and re-heated quite well in our oven. Big hit!
This place is amazing. They sell the deep dish by the slices and is the only place that I know of that has a variety of options.
I recommend the steak sandwich really good and a slice of deep dish.
My only issue is there cups and lids. If you purchase a drink especially their large the lid doesn't stay on securely and if you grab it to hard it pops right off. The guy told me and it still happened but whatever
Super tasty pizza in a great location in west Lakeview. My preference is the stuffed pizza which rivals the big name brands around Chicago. Plan ahead - stuffed pizzas take a long time to cook. Oh. And late nights you can get slices that are already hot n ready for you.
Another popular pizza spot was requiring reservations so we stopped in here instead and were very pleased with our change of plans. Deep dish slices available right away and a baked mostaccioli dinner that was tasty and a great deal. Dining room was simple, welcoming, clean.
The Art of Pizza has been a staple in Chicago for a very long time. I’m happy to see them still doing very well. Spring Break visit…got a cheesy beef dipped with hot peppers and steak fries! The rest of the family got slices of their favorite stuffed/deep dish pizza…oh and some fettuccini Alfredo! So good!!! Oscar is the best! I have been coming here for over 15+ years! 🙌🏽

When you need a good slice of deep dish, pan or thin pizza this is the spot. They always have a good choice of fresh slices to choose from. Great spot to grab a quick bite. Their menu also has many other delicious items like Italian beef sandwiches and much more. The staff is always friendly and food is delicious.

This was definitely what I think of when I want a Deep Dish Pizza. Thick pizza with good portions of toppings and sauce. Worth trying if you've never had Deep Dish Pizza and you can buy Deep Dish Pizza bru the slice. Price per slice was a little under $5 when I went 2/24/2020. Got 3 slices for $14.88. I got an all Meet slice, a veggie slice and a mixture of veggies and meet. The all Meet one was the thickest
Kind staff, good service, nice atmosphere, clean restaurant, currently waiting on the food, from the delicious smell I assume the food is going to be great. We kindly requested for the music in the store to be turned off, the staff got permission from the manger and granted our request. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Deep dish done right. The first side is a doughy, cheesy, tomatoey burst of warmth in your mouth. One slice fills you up, the second slice leaves you in a position where you’ve got enough stores calories inside you to successfully hibernate for the winter. Would recommend at $5 a slice.
Great spot to buy deep dish by the slice, or wait 30-45 minutes for a full deep dish pie (worth the wait). A Chicago-staple with awesome daily specials. What it lacks in ambiance, it makes up by being BYOB and having a Jewel across the street.
