Silver Spoon - Chicago - Photo album

The food was decent, but the preparation of each fish was lacking a bit. The noodles were great, but the chicken could be more flavorful. The shrimp was good, but had too much breading. The potstickers had good flavor, but the texture was a little too soft. Good prices for the food, and friendly ser
I’ve been told to try this place multiple times and finally did! Everything was delicious. It was great value and the staff were extremely nice. I’ll definitely be going back.
A hidden Thai spot in the heart of downtown on Rush St. you go downstairs and you find a little humble restaurant, but their food is very good. I recommend the Tom Kha Soup and the Satay chicken kabobs with peanut sauce. Only downside is we didn't know it is a BYOB place so someone in my table had t
Shut the front door. This was amazing food, all around. The veggie rolls alone will be worth the trip back. Also, the bathroom was super clean.
Love the atmosphere, hole in the wall basement with a very cozy vibe. Started with their Thai soup, very flavorful, you’ll taste all the different ingredients as it perfectly blends into the the soup, mixture of lime juice, mushrooms, protein and the spices. Same goes for the fried rice, again the m
I recently had the opportunity to dine at silver spoon and I was very impressed with the food. I started with the veggie curry puff, which was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. For my main course, I had the chicken curry fried rice, which was perfectly cooked and had a great balance of flavors. I
Cleanliness is on point 10/10 Amazing Yum Talay 😮‍💨 Enjoyed Each Meal I Ordered. Most satisfied eats I did visiting Chicago
I took a friend that never had Thai food before and we had a feast. What I love about Thai is how well it serves both vegan and no vegans. We ordered Fresh rolls for starters which was nice and vegan pad Thai and massama curry. I missed the veggies on pad Thai tho. Mango sticky rice was ok. It didn’
Understated Thai restaurant. Nice to see some of my fave dishes from my visits to Thailand. Might be the best curry I’ve ever had in the states with a fair price point. Plus — it is BYOB, so be sure to bring your favorite wine or beer.
Delicious food. Good sized portions, not small, but not too big. The baby egg rolls were super yummy and good to share. Curry noodles were great.
I love this place, I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the meal. The staff here are so friendly, excellent service. The best pad see ew ever, and curry chicken. Don't forget to order sticky rice for dessert! Highly recommend!
Quintessential Thai food and one of the better Asian food options in River North. I ordered the food for take out and it was all very well packaged and the quantity for each dish was huge! One small note is that it was a little on the sweet side for me, but that said, I wouldn't hesitate to order it
It's our first time in Chicago, we were looking for a good supper place near our hotel, and my husband stumbled upon this place online. It's a small place, but it's very cozy and clean. Food was amazing and service was exceptional! Everyone was super nice and kind. They also have wide selections of
The Place is a hidden gem! Great food and friendly staff. Worth to visit for their Lunch Special and their delicious meal and thai tea! 5 stars!
Recommend: maybe I'll try again. Had the spicy red curry and pad Thai. The "spicy" was actually spicy in a very good way and I would definitely get it again. Pad Thai was okay, I will probably skip it next time I order. Overall it is not the best Thai place I had but it was satisfying.
