Tl;dr: food is above average and comes out fast, the service is quick! Depending on the time, parking can be challenging. You’re quickly greeted and sit down shortly after. The staff is quick and attentive which makes for excellent service! The food is above average but not the best sushi (not even in Chicago). The restaurant decor and feel is also above average but there are nicer places for this price. Over all, there are other sushi restaurants that would be first choice contenders and recommend this only to try after those have been exhausted.

While the staff is Warm and welcoming, the food comes out quick . They have plenty of vegetarian options. Their sushi options were fresh and awesome. Thai food was delicious, we had their egg rolls, drunken noodles and panang curry. 4 star for the dirty bathrooms. Besides that pertaining to just the overall taste , pretty good option for a casual week night meal! Photo- samurai roll

We stopped here for a quick dinner with a friend and we loved everything about this place. The food was delicious and the waitress was very nice. We got a variety of plates; sushi, ramen, salad, and soup and they were all just fantastic. And then we got dessert and man, that was the one dish we had to take a picture for - it was huge (we were really glad we only got 1 dessert) and it was DELICIOUS! We definitely be back here!

Started ordering delivery from this place years ago and the spicy shrimp rolls have always been the best from this place! It was my 1st time dining in and I loved it!! Presentation definitely won my date over and it's not pricey. Great drink menu, w/good service!!

Delicious food, incredibly zen ambiance. Serves the freshest sushi in Chicago. The location is kind of hidden which only complements this place being a hidden gem. I love the Dragon Roll and Ninja Roll out of the sushi menu. The waiters are fast, attentive, and super kind. Overall, a Michelin level experience at a very reasonable price.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Very zen atmosphere with friendly and professional staff. Great music and even greater service. Very fresh sushi, very hot served dishes. Aesthetically pleasing for all five senses. I love how they care about little details like serving glass filled with crashed iced when you order a drink or edible flowers with appetizers. Pricing is great as well. My favorite sushi place in town!

The food is tasty, reasonably priced, and presented well. The pictures don't do the presentation justice due to the low lighting, but the flower theme is lovely. I only ordered small plates (no entrees), but the small plates filled me up. And the massive drink definitely did its job and I didn't need to order another. For those who like a lot of spice with their suchi, the wasabi is very light, so you'll need to pile it on to get the kick you're looking for (ask for extra).

Excellent fresh sushi and green curry!! Very creative presentation. The mochi is plated with fresh fruit.. Wide selection of Japanese items on the menu. Servers are friendly but on a Saturday afternoon seem overwhelmed. Green tea 🍵 is tasty - I wish they had jasmine tea. Space is comfortable- in the winter, sit further away from the door as you will get a cold breeze every time someone opens the door.

Menu with many options. I enjoyed my meal, a spicy noodle dish. Decor is also very stylish. It's a place where you can take just about anyone and enjoy a good meal.
