Great variety of food, quality products, good service, cozy environment and a lot of street parking. For us, the must try is the fried avocado, that’s something rare to find somewhere else, very original and solid portion. Also the fried chicken & pancakes offers the best of two worlds (sweet and salty). Mimosas are with fresh squeezed OJ.
Overall, good option in the neighborhood.
Yet to be disappointed!!! And they have remodeled and have a beautiful inside as well as patio! Perfect for lunch, brunch, or dinner. New drinks on the menu and the staff feels like family! I love it here! It’s a great nook that won’t hurt your pockets but Will fill your belly!!!
food was absolutely delicious! Easy experience of walking in and ordering at the counter, then sitting down and getting to enjoy the spring breeze while waiting for the food to be delivered. Coffee was great and food came quickly. Definitely stopping by again.
Really great brunch place for a quick bite. Small but solid menu, and everything is made to order. Ranchero Bowl was fresh and flavorful, and the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich was excellent. Avocado fries (and regular fries) were a great compliment to the meal. Staff was friendly, and prices were good. Will come again

Amazing! Friends recommended this and we are so grateful. First, the service was top notch. Our waiter was very welcoming and attentive. He gave excellent recommendations on what we should try. The avocado fries were so good especially the sauce. I had the Huevos Rancheros and my wife had the Apple Carmel Pancakes. Both were very satisfying. Can't wait to come back to try other dishes.
Great place. First time here. Bloody Mary's are awesome. Smoky, spicy with a butter pickle? OMG. Everything was delicious. Their homemade English Muffin was super moist and perfect for an egg sandwich. Mac n Cheese had a sharp flavor to it, noodles were slightly over cooked. We started out with the Fried Avocado which was great too. That Bloody Mary though...:-D
Nana's is a Bridgeport gem. Venture down Halsted and you'll find nana on the corner serving up.some great breakfast and brunch items. The restaurant is set up like a dining hall, step up, order and sit. The Nana servers will do the rest. We ordered the special chicken and pancake, french toast and the oh so good avocado fries. They are a must have with a crunch and smooth texture in every bite. The chicken and pancake has a sweet Sriracha sauce that was a play on traditional syrup... Very creative and was devoured. No need to get fancy, the Metropolis coffee is spectacular, well balanced and flavorful. Just get a drip and ease into.your morning at Nana.
Didn't expect their "fresh" approach to come across so noticeably in their food. I had the shrimp & fried oyster po boy and it was one of the most mouthwatering items I've ever eaten. Their food is cooked perfectly and tastes delicious. The avocado fries are highly recommended as well!
From the second we walked it was a welcoming aura. Staff was bright and friendly. The modern, urban, industrial vibe filled the air. Although there weren't prepared for vegan guests..... accommodations were made to the existing menu for appetizers and entrees. In addition, there was no vegan dessert option. Overall it was a good dining experience.

The ambiance was so relaxing. Me & hubby did brunch & it was fantastic. I really enjoyed my stuff french toast w/ guava cream cheese, & my mango margarita was decent. This place gets a thumbs up👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
What a great little gem here. Food is great and serving staff are awesome. I got nanadict and absolutely enjoyed it. If I’m in the area, I will definitely return and try other food on the menu. Oh coffee was also great!
I love this place! the service was perfect. the food was delicious. everything was fantastic. I will definitely be back.
I don't recall if they have vegan options.
I was hungry so I ordered pancakes and it was good and it filled me up. I ordered the watermelon margarita and it was nice but next time I will get a sugar rim.
The ambiance is nice, and they have painting hanging on the walls that can be purchased.
This place is amazing. The pictures are what we had to eat: the empanadas, Full Red Velvet French Toast and Nanadict. It was so good. I didn't want to leave. The place was so busy and I can see why. It took a little while to get the food but after eating I didn't mind the wait. Louis was really cool and down to earth. Checked on us quite a bit and made sure we doing ok. We also tried the hot chocolate and apple cider both were sooooo good. Only complaint is that what they gave wasn't enough I wanted more. I think they give you just enough for your taste buds to enjoy the food it then your done without even realizing it, and now youre wanting to buy more (which I was really close to doing.) Everything cost $50 which was unexpected but totally worth it. We will be going back at least once a month.
The host was unfriendly to us as we waited to complete our table before seating us (the entire party must be there). He then made a big deal about us having a child with us and that they count as an entire other seat, even though he wasn't eating and usually places just pull up a high chair. That's fine, but the child had been with us the entire time, so to make it into a thing at the last second was really unnecessary. That just didn't feel so "family friendly" as they like to boast. The server was friendly and the food was good - interesting and unique flavors. I got the plantain sandwich which was tasty. It's a shame they weren't more welcoming to us when we arrived. Not the biggest deal, but it's not a great first impression. When there are so many good restaurants in the city, we won't be returning to this one.
