Good choice for food if you're looking for a bite to eat at Navy Pier. The drinks were good, I recommend their holiday drink the Grinch. I got the grilled fish tacos, which were ok. They were seasoned well, but a bit salty. Everyone else enjoyed their burgers. Service was great, the waitress was always attentive. They even remade a burger when it arrived with no bacon.
My husband and I have always wanted to visit Margaritaville and we finally did it when we visited Navy Pier recently! We went on a weekend and although there was a long line for the take away margaritas, we immediately got seats for dine in. The waitress was very kind to suggest vegetarian substitutions for the loaded nachos and pasta. Both the dishes were tasty and my god, the portion size is very huge. We also tried a side of onion rings. The margaritas that this place is super famous for, did not disappoint.. they were strong and tasty. Super happy that we checked this off our list!
Tonight was ladies night. We went downtown and enjoyed the first series of the tree lighting made our way over to Navy Pier but we missed the ferris wheel:-(. Margaritaville was very good our waiter was awesome she helped us figure out what drinks to buy what food was best food to eat that she might have recommended overall it was a great place. I have the triple bundle which came with the chicken strips the spinach artichoke dip that was awesome and these chicken egg rolls bomb I like to put guacamole and Ranch trust me you'll love it.
Came here for a corporate event and was amazed at the excellent food, drink and service! Everything was done over-the-top and we all had a wonderful time getting to know one another. A few steps away from the beautiful Lake Michigan, skyline, Navy Pier rides, shops and fireworks on Saturday night!
Ordered a Cheddar BBQ bacon burger and sleigh ride drink. Was happy with everything except the Chicago prices.
If you want the true feel of "Margaritaville," albeit a fictional place, the room with the sit-down bar is the place to be. From the painted ceiling to the little touches on the shelves and signage, this room gives the feel of the tropics.
The bartender was wonderful. She made the best margarita on the rocks that I've had in quite some time. She was pleasant and jovial but kept respect for privacy.
The food was surprisingly excellent, much better than the first time I ate here (pre-pandemic). Moist Mahi was perfectly seasoned and topped with a mango-cream sauce that made for a tasty set of three tacos accompanied by possibly the best rice and beans side I've had. The key lime pie to top off the meal was excellent!
And, of course, the music and videos - all non-stop Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefer Band - add to the perfect trip to a favorite, fictional place.
For real fans, the bar area is a must. For those who just want some good food, anywhere (including al fresco dining) in the Chicago tropical establishment will do.
Really 4.5, a bit of a wait as to be expected for it's location. The staff were extremely accommodating to our special needs. Good food good drinks and Jimmy, what more do you need. Strongly recommend.

I loved this place!
1. Service is so beautiful, people are always smiling and very attentive to you. I went alone and had my lunch over there and it was so nice to see the barman with all that energy preparing cocktails here and there with an authentic simile! What a great lunch experience!
2. You can find salads here, or hamburgers. I had the Chicken Cesar salad and it was delicious!
3. The music and atmosphere is so accurate, at least for me.
My time in paradise (Margaritaville) was magical. We dined on the finest aviation maps available, we saw Tiki Santa living it up in the bar on Christmas Island, and my favorite part was when the announcements had scared us into believing the volcano in paradise (Margaritaville) was going to explode but it just had too many margaritas and needed to burp. Cheyanne was a most excellent guide in paradise (Margaritaville). 10/10 will love spending time in Jimmy Buffet's paradise (Margaritaville) again.
If you know Margaritaville, you know why it’s good! I always make a stop in their restaurant.
If you have never been in, you should try!

If you are looking for having a delicious drinks while you eat, this is the first place to look at in Navy Pier.
It was busy here, because all the restaurants in Navy Pier are busy as always. Good thing we got a table but it was 30 to 45 mins wait. Bar Food is good. Our waitress was awesome. I forgot to ask for her name but she was good and attentive.
We dropped in for a quick drink and ended up ordering a Cesar salad and fries. Food came out quickly and was spot on. They kept in mind that my husband was vegan. Chey was great!
