Windy City Cafe - Chicago - Photo album

Delicious brunch food! We checked in at the front and there was a 15 minute wait, so we spent some time on the patio outside. We were nicely seated in a booth. The menu was extensive, including both sweet and savory items. I got the Brioche French Toast, which was delicious and came with berry comp
Windy City Cafe prepared for me the fluffiest egg-white omelette I’ve had in years (maybe the fluffiest ever). A generous portion, light and delicious, with salmon and chives. Service was very nice, efficient, and accommodating. Would happily dine here again.
Amazing spot, possibly the best pancake I’ve ever had. Zoe was awesome. Loved it and can’t wait to go back!
What a delicious breakfast and lunch place! Our server, Erin, took great care of us! Water and the kids drinks were there quickly! The food was very delicious and portions were very nicely sized! A big menu with lots of flavorful options for breakfast or lunch and you can be as healthy or unheal
Cozy & accessible from public transport. Food are great. Service is excelent. Polite and charming staffs.
A farewell breakfast before my friend moved to a different city! A cozy place with excellent food means it fills up quickly! Move early and swiftly!
Great cozy diner in West Town! Food was excellent, and the bottomless coffee was truly bottomless. The service was quick and friendly. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly, which is the hallmark of a good breakfast joint. Will definitely be back!
I loved this place! For some odd reason this doesn't feature in top places in Chicago even though it's been ranked by several magazines. It's a nice breakfast place with good food in good quantities and a very cozy ambience.
I had the skillet. It was great! Filling for sure and delicious. The staff was very nice and the food came out quickly. This was my first time coming here and I would gladly come back. (Don’t judge my Instagram photo of my food it just looks too good 😂)
Been coming here for two years and food is always consistent and delicious. Staff is super friendly and personable. Best bloody Mary’s and the Edgar skillet is top notch. We love Norma and Zoe!!
Top tier service here my man Nick was on it. I appreciate his do diligence and knowledge of the menu. Food was great I'd definitely recommend and I will be back forsure.
I love this place! Good for a quick bite if you want something reasonably priced, but they have banger cocktails so it's also a great place to go for a boozy brunch. The staff is tenured so you can always expect to recognize a friendly face when you visit, especially Zoe! We love sitting in her sect
Food was delish! We had scrambies with pancakes & bacon and egg & chorizo enchilada. Dogs [generally] allowed with outdoor seating, which is great - Chicago is a dog-friendly city. Manager was a bit obdurate in not allowing us to sit outdoors with our dog given they had closed outdoor seating over a
Great breakfast spot! Right off the blue line at Chicago, Grand, and Milwaukee. Great food, prices. The service was also awesome, walk into a small front extra seating in the back and outside. Cocktail list is also very good. 10/10 you wanna come here. Bring a date or just a book, awesome spot!
Great hidden place with a wonderful breakfast. Food was very flavorful and portion sizes too much for one person. Overall if you find this place your going to enjoy the food.
Great breakfast food, outstanding service and clean atmosphere ... location was great for me that particular day! Parking nearby
Wonderful neighborhood brunch restaurant! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. They were very mindful of food allergies and offer gluten free bread too!
Came here from Texas to visit Chicago, the food here was so delicious probably one of the best brunch places I’ve been to! Not only that but our waitress Jennno was super nice and had a great attitude towards us! Will definitely come here again!
Great local breakfast spot right around the corner from our apartment. Plenty of parking around, Chicago Blue Line stop right out front, Milwaukee and Chicago Buses out front as well. These guys serve up delicious breakfast delights, and serve Big Shoulders coffee roasts. The FOH staff members are a
