Ordered a classic cheeseburger combo which was delicious. The restaurant is oddly placed in the Sheraton but has a lovely view of the river. It's a great place to grab a takeaway if you want to sit on a bench closer to the river. I would recommend using the meal discounts you get from staying at the hotel to pay because it is quite expensive.
Surprised at the negative reviews. Although I agree the service isn't great, the food was. I ordered a CBC Combo, which is basically burger, fries, and drink. This was probably one of the better burgers I've had in a long time. Given it's at a hotel I understand, although don't agree with the pricey menu.
If you're not worried about hit or miss service and love burgers, I think it's worth trying.
Right next to the river and we had short Amazing time at this place. The food was good. Watch out for Pigeons if you are dining out
I enjoyed the CBC Smash burger and it was excellent. Service and atmosphere were also excellent.
Burgers are pretty good and juicy, if a little overcooked. The green Chile burger was really tasty, but the Chile had no heat. (Keep in mind I live in NM, and am used to REAL green Chile.) I tried 2 beef and 1 turkey burgers this week while staying at the Sheraton, all were slightly overcooked but still juicy and flavorful. Their aioli is really good.
The fries were surprisingly crispy and tasty despite being frozen before frying.
The staff were very friendly.
My favorite burger place in the US.

This place is great. The burgers and fries are excellent. Their milkshakes are fantastic too. Prices are fair, staff is friendly, and dress is casual.
Great place to grab a bite on the North Side Chicago Riverwalk. Grab a table under the red umbrellas take in a view of the St Regis and enjoy the boat traffic all while enjoying a burger fries and may I suggest a milkshake
Little expensive for what is a decent burger but not something I would call superb. Studying outside on the riverfront was fantastic. There's enough tree coverage and umbrellas that even though it was raining we stayed dry sitting outside
Great burger place in a very scenic location. Excellent burgers and fries. Make sure to get a table outside so you can sit by the water.
Very nice bacon cheeseburger and surprisingly good French fries. Also excellent riverside location, ideal on a warm evening. But it’s pricey!
Nice burger spot inside the Sheraton hotel on the riverwalk. Burgers were juicy with good flavor. I wasn't to crazy about the fries though.
