Absolutely love Inspiration Kitchen and their mission for the community. The grits were so tasty and the flavors just mesh together so well. I also had the basil lemonade which was so fresh and earthy. Love is definitely in every meal.
HUGEEE amazing portions!!! The chicken was INSANELY good!! I almost didn’t want to post about this place that it could stay “hidden”. The boys voted it their fav Chicago pancakes!! Perfect place to eat brunch or lunch before going to the Conservatory. White cloth napkin, silverware and full service
Inspirations Kitchens is wonderful! Food is delicious and everyone we met on the staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely a new favorite for a chill weekend brunch. Took a few tries to find the place, but so worth it when we did. (You want to turn into the parking lot off Lake.)
This little gem in the heart of the West Side is a pure treasure!!!! The sweet roll (not pictured) is a tasty treat to share & start brunch off with a nice cup of coffee. I had a the shrimp & grits served with a side of greens! Perfect. The grits were the perfect, cheesy consistency. The shrimp were

A pleasant dining experience along Lake Street near the Garfield Park Conservatory.
I visited on Mother's Day, so the menu was limited to the occasion (which is fine). I like the concept and the cause and the ambience is pretty good with nice decor. The space kind of reminds me a bit of a dining hall at a lodge. The food is pretty decent, though I can't say I liked the way the baco
Visited 3/30/19. They pay a living wage to folks overcoming homelessness and poverty, providing training and jobs. Great service, fantastic comfort food (biscuits and gravy were on point!), and an incredible mission. Couple this with a visit to the Garfield Park Conservatory and you’ve got yourself
Really good food. Small portions. Service was slow and a bit inexperienced but we understood the team was in training and learning.
AMAZING food and service! From the time I called my food in to the time I pulled into their gated parking lot. I ordered the chicken and waffle (appetizer, but decent amount)- syrup was mixed with some spicy that was delicious. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits. He said it was the BEST he’s ta
Absolutely phenomenal spot for brunch! The food delicious and perfectly priced, and the socially responsible aspect of Inspiration Kitchens made it ten times better. This will be our first choice for breakfast when we return to Chicago! I recommend the breakfast bowl - every aspect was just brillian

Absolutely delicious food. The portions are large, so come hungry! All of the servers were very friendly and helpful.
The food was incredible and the mission is great, too. Truthfully, we went because the mission was cool, figured the food would at least be fine but we were blown away by how delicious everything we ordered was. Don’t miss this spot!
Food was wonderful, servers were friendly and helpful, and walking distance from the Garfield Park Conservatory. Started with brussel sprouts and fried green tomatoes. My friend had the shrimp and grits and I had the cauliflower steak with rice pilaf and whipped mash potatoes. We loved it all!
I have been to Inspiration Kitchen several times. I am NEVER disappointed with the service, attention to DETAIL and of course the FOOD. The Chefs are absolutely magnificent. The hours are SHORT post pandemic however. OUR COMMUNITY needs the services it provides to our community with employment, cul
Wow. Lovely place with a lovely mission. Strongly recommend to anyone in the area, especially those visiting the Conservatory!
The food was just as amazing as the service. Flavorful, diverse options. The interior is also beautifully minimal and artistic. Check out the mission on their website if you want to know more--truly an amazing and ethical establishment.
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was superb! Everyone was very nice and friendly.
