John's Place - Chicago - Photo album

All good was excellent - and hot! Pork Mac and cheese, double cheese burger, steak tacos, al pastor tacos and the harvest bowl.
We like to stop here and get yummy food and great service. Very cozy spot. Don't forget to get dessert!
I'll be back John. Excellent atmosphere the owner is kind the employees are incredible the food was excellent I recommended highly.
Went just after the children’s Halloween parade on Roscoe this past weekend. Ordered the Greek salad, fish tacos, and from the kid’s menu bite-sized mini corn dogs. The food was good, service great, and we left full and content.
It was our first meal eating outside since Covid and it was delicious! I commend the staff and the way they handled everything, cleaning and disinfecting tables between customers, keeping tables at least 6ft apart, and all wearing masks! I had the lunch peanut bowl and my wife, the John's place chop
Great breakfast! One of best scrambles in the hood. Tasty bloody and decent beer selection. Super nice waitresses too.
I ordered the lamb flatbread with a side salad. We got 2 cheese curds for the table. The food and service as great. If you go here, you have to try their skillet cookie. It's a thick & gooey chocolate chip cookie topped with whip cream, ice cream and caramel!
My family and I had a great lunch while visiting the area. The burger I had is in the conversation for the best burger I've ever eaten. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Only thing I would mention is that it's a little pricey...our group of 4 adults and one child for lunch was over $120.

The food was good and the service was great. Very friendly and we enjoyed our visit.
Homey food. Satisfying. Great family place. They have a good variety on their menu without being overwhelming. We started our meal with cheese curds. The burger deserves the accolade it has really tasty — the jam created a perfect contrast to the richness of the meat. We were already home and I st
Nice breakfast place. Good food . Good service.
Tried the Impossible burger and their breakfast burrito with sweet potato fries. Both of these choices were great . The service that day was slow because of it being at capacity inside and patio seating.
Great place for morning after bar night brunch with friends :)
Loved this walk-to restaurant in a cute neighborhood in Chicago. Service was great. Food good. Worth the money.
We like John’s place, my favorite is the fried chicken sandwich, but have tested a few things at this point and never been disappointed
Great local restaurant! We came for a late lunch on a Sunday. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was just as good. I had one of the wraps, which I would highly recommend.
We walked in for lunch with a group of 8b and were about to be sat right w/1to our kiddos, and there were about 6 kids menu options (chicken nuggets, pizza, Mac n cheese, hamburger, corn dogs, pasta). The owner and servers were very friendly and also engaged with the kids throughout our meal to h
