What a nice way to start our Christmas! Went there Christmas Eve and got seated right away for our reservation time. Our waiter was fantastic and attentive. Our chef respected our low sodium diet and made our dinner accordingly. Enjoyed his razzmatazz performance, lot of fun to watch! All in all, had a wonderful time!

Had a really excellent experience today at Benihanas. Sitting at the grill was such a fun and delicious time!! The filet mignon with mushrooms is a must!! I especially love the veggies that come with the meal. I didn’t catch our grill master’s name but he was lovely as well! James was our server and he was so so friendly and helpful!! He checked on us often and was super personable ☻ He definitely added to the positive dinner experience!! Overall a GOOD TIME and I recommend going before the dinner rush!!

Juan was amazing. Great personality, awesome chef 🧑‍🍳 and delicious food! We definitely loved the experience and will be back again!

I tried Benihana for the first time yesterday for my bestfriend’s birthday dinner and it was quite the experience. The first manager, with the glasses (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) almost ruined the entire night. He had terrible customer service skills and as a front operations manager for a bigger chain company I can say I was very displeased. We were of the customer service and food industry fields so that level of poor service shouldn’t work with the guests. He chose to go back and forth about their mistake instead of listening to the guest’s complaint and trying to accommodate. That along with an opinion I’ll mention soon are the reason for 1 less star. However, the other manager (I didn’t get his name either but he was the taller of the 2) quickly intercepted, straightened everything out, and appeased the party promptly. So thank you to him and the staff who assisted in prep, serving, cooking, and clean up after. My props go to Tina and Mark Anthony, our server and chef. They were awesome! Great welcoming and warm personalities. If you go request Mark Anthony because he’ll put on a great show for you and interacts well with the guests! Tina handled the large party with ease and grace. They truly turned a bad situation great with their customer service! Now, the other reason I couldn’t rate 5 stars is because the food portions are not what you may be used to when you eat at hibachi restaurants. (this is my opinion). I’ve been to quite a few of them.. some higher end and some lower.. and always get larger portions for the money spent. The food was good, but in your veggies you only get zucchini and onions.. whereas other restaurants usually include more veggies. Noodles also have to be added on as a side and there’s not much. Rice portions smaller as well. They did not skimp on the meat portions, that was perfect. Nevertheless, I had a great time and so did my bestfriend for her birthday so that’s what’s imperative. Parking is paid, no valet, and no lots. However, that’s downtown for you so that’s not their fault! Overall, I’d recommend it to try.

I had the most amazing experience dining here with my family. The food was great, but most of all the service was top tier! Our server dario took great care of us & had us laughing all night. We had a great time. Will definitely be back.

They are open on Christmas Eve and providing service with a smile. Grace was our server and Alexis was the chef and both were fantastic. Kudos to the guy who delivered our drinks from the bar as I didn't catch his name.

I went with a friend to dine in. It was my first time there. The drinks were amazing. We had the Benitini's martinis and a lot of appetizers. The server was ok. He didn't have a lot of experience, also didn't know well the menu. I asked questions about the dishes, and he didn't have the answers right away. The show stopper was Mike, the guy behind the counter doing the food. He was so friendly and funny. Love him! There was a little thing that was bothering me: We have the table by the delivery counter, there were a lot of tables with dirty dishes around us, feels like no one was there to clean that up.

There was quick, and kind service from the entire establishment. Dario and Alexis were ineffable with excitement. Look forward to Alexis as their chief skills sour. And Dario with their quick and attentive attention. Food was absolutely filling and beyond exciting. Parking is a little rough. Prices are over $35 per plate. 💕 to be expected.
