Cafe Jumping Bean - Chicago - Photo album

Found this spot while driving around Pilsen. Breakfast bagels and sandwiches are amazing. We had a Lox Bagel, and each bite was full of fresh and tasty ingredients. Coffee is delicious, we had an Iced Carmela, and it is tasty with notes of smoked caramel. The line goes out the door, so you know it i
I ordered the Mollete (I added avocado) & a oat milk latte with Mexican chocolate. Both were greats. Customer service was great. Food/beverage arrived promptly — even on a busy day. Medium sized menu. Enough to make me want to come back and try something else too. There is limited seating… less than
Best Cuban sandwich for a fair price! The dirty chai is fairly priced & so good! The chocolate croissant tastes so good. I can't say enough good things about this place. I think it's Hispanic locally owned & I love to support that. The workers are attentive. I didn't order the lux bagel but I was sh
I got the beet root latte with oat milk and the molletes sandwich and both were amazing! I don’t live anywhere near pilsen but I’ll go just to visit this cafe
Had a nice breakfast at Jumping Bean. We wanted sandwiches and good coffee, which we also got. However the choice of coffee was not without complication. I thought they had a cappuccino latte combo, but I got a latte with cinnamon. It was not what I had in mind, but it tasted surprisingly good. I wa
I’ve been going to this cafe for over 17 years and it is hands down the best cafe in town! You can smell the coffee as you are approaching the door! The staff was always been awesome! I was 14 the first time my mom ever took me there! She was studying English at Instituto Latino and used to take me
Great food, great coffee, good service.
Their molletes are incredible. Spent a lot of long nights here during grad school. Glad to see they survived the pandemic, as this shop has the kindest workers, most reasonably priced food, best vibes, and strong coffee in the area. I do wish they were still open til 9 PM though
A neighborhood gem. If you visit Pilsen you must visit Cafe Jumping Bean. Lovely coffee and food, fast service, friendly staff. They have an extensive menu of drinks and food to eat in or take out. They feature art from local artists.
Since I came to Chicago in August 2021 this is the best coffee I ever had. I ordered cappuccino and Veg Focaccia with chips. Foccacia was awesome but Cappuccino was beyond amazing. The one who made me the coffee was very polite, when I asked her to make my coffee a little more strong.
Really pleasant cafe with a ton of drink options and a reasonably sized menu of cafe foods. The veggie focaccia sandwich was shockingly delicious, although it took a little while to be ready. Also note that there’s not a ton of seating.
Wow is what I said about everything on this first experience I had at the Cafe Jumping Bean. Wow looking at the great colors they have on the outside; wow at the decore and hand written menu; wow at the wrapping on my Lox Bagel; wow at the Mocha Almond Delight flavor explosion in my mouth; wow at th
The food and coffee are always delicious here but I think the service is exceptional! I had an Iced Choco Espresso with a little more ice than expected and Valeria was very nice to make me a new drink without any hesitation. I love this spot! What else can I ask for?
Such a great place for coffee! The atmosphere is everything! Not a place your can actually work from though since there isn't much space nor tables.
I’ve been stopping by for coffee here now for around 10 years. The coffee is always freshly brewed and never disappoints. I usually go for the cafe con leche. I’ve never had much of their food aside from the black bean burger. Which is always well made here so I usually stick to what I like.
