Very authentic Cantonese restaurant! I love their Portuguese chicken over rice, satay beef noodle soup, salt and pepper chicken wings, and congee. Their lunch menu and afternoon menu have very good prices ($9 for meal and a drink). Their milk tea is incredible. Highly recommend.

Great new place in the south loop! The food came out pretty quickly, and the flavor is decent to pretty good, but I'm extremely critical of most Asian food. The hot and sour soup was really good though! I'm excited to explore more of the menu on future cisits
I felt so sad after My Place in Chinatown closed and was overwhelmed with joy when I learned it’s new location recently. This place is the most authentic Hong Kong style cafe in Chicago. Food is always amazing and you cannot beat the price! The mango tapioca desert is to die for!

I live in southloop and it nice to have a good Chinese restaurant in southloop even though Chinatown is close by to avoid traffic and crowds and is perfect for quick pick up. They have some really good dishes: double lobster garlic and green onions, spare ribs (really good and better than Chinatown)

My place is the right place. It’s a little hard to find because of construction outside. However, it is worth this minor inconvenience. The food is beyond compare. The service is very good. You will also love the prices.
