Lunch for 1 today, ordered the Sultan Pita. Decent value and very flavorful. Came with 4 falafel balls. Standard quick-serve assembly line bowl shop, but with friendly staff. Clean seating area. Can't go wrong here for lunch.

So I decided to come here after reading reviews. No one said anything bad about the quality or taste, decided this would be my dinner. Delicious!!! Fresh, flavorful and more than I hoped for. I got the keto bowl with the cauliflower rice and chicken. I went with 1/2 za’tar and 1/2 harissa. Tesha recommended the za’tar and said harissa is more popular. I love spicy so I tried both. Neither disappointed and I don’t know which is the winner, both are delicious! And the toppings I chose, delicious! The picture makes my keto bowl look a mess, but I walked several blocks back to my hotel with dinner. Don’t let looks fool you! For those who complained about the customer service… they clearly did not have Tesha helping them! She was personable, friendly and helpful! This was my first time here and she walked me through ordering the perfect meal. (Side note: we all know what we like… but listen to the person on the other side of the counter.. they know!) 5 stars from me for food taste and quality 5 stars to Tesha for being Tesha! Thank you for the conversation, smiles and help!

First time at roti Mediterranean bowls and salad. Location that visited is in downtown Chicago. I ordered a pita bowl, half rice, half romaine and kale salad. I don't remember the name but I got the spicy chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, dressing and pita bread. The price came out to around 15 dollars without a drink. The bowl was fantastic and chicken in the salad/ bowl was delicious. I encourage anyone in downtown Chicago to give this place a try. Food was excellent. Thank you for reading my Google review.

Incredible lunch spot. Ordered the chicken roti pita with the mildly spicy red sauce. The pita itself was so warm and fresh and cooked with a fine balance of char. During my trip this was some of the best food I've eaten and I highly recommend before sightseeing activities nearby.

How good? Oh my; my plate says it all. Folks, I strongly recommend you give this place a try. The service was excellent, the gentleman serving me was pleasant and patient. And the flavours were amazing. I am coming again tomorrow for lunch.

A quick, healthy option if you're looking for something in downtown Chicago with lots of fresh veggies. The saffron rice is delicious, as is the cauliflower and Kale options. Lots of options for dressing. Staff was not rude, but easily annoyed and not friendly. Bathrooms require code from staff to enter.

Tisha and Rajana are wonderful. They know their customer's by name and the menu/options like the back of their hand. They always greet us with a smile even tho they'd be getting fired at from multiple fronts. In short, they run a tight ship with a level of care that would make you think they actually own this place. Food portion can be larger for the size and they should offer whole wheat pita options if they want to advertise as a "food con" resto. No spoons in sight Giving this a 5 stars and not 4 because of the difference the staff makes...

EXCELLENT rice bowl with chicken and lots of fresh veggies. I was tempted to try the falafel, which also looked really good. Great friendly staff and easy in and out. Clean facility with nice tables if you want to dine in and a few curbside tables for eating outside. Definitely worth the walk over for some tasty Mediterranean food!

Delicious food. We really enjoyed our lunch here. Everything was fresh and tasty. Best part was the freshly made pita bread. Service was very good. Sauces and hummus were flavorful. We asked to toss our bowls and extra pita. They were very accommodating.

I had the rice plate with the salmon kabob and it was delicious. I went there for lunch on Friday and it was kinda busy but people were being served very quickly. When you dine here, you have the option of choosing a meal from the menu or customize it to your liking. They also have small baklava you can have as dessert. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place the and the food was amazing and highly recommend it.

Great body of workers, tremendous healthful meals alternatives. Pizza is notable. No count the road wait the staff is constantly calm cool and accumulated. Definitely a go to every time within the location and searching out a healthy but tasty alternative. I endorse attempting a fowl & spinach pizza with each garlic & pasta sauce with more cheese!

We ate here twice on a 2 day trip to the city, and the hot chicken pitta was perfect, just right for a light, healthy meal whilst walking around.

Food is nice that's why I still gave 4 stars, I like it that there is enough options for different tastes. The cashier girl was so nice. But the guy who helped to serve me the bowl was not welcoming at all. I would not want to pay 15 dollars for a bowl and get that attitude next time. Sad thing is that they were not that busy to say he had no time to be nice. Pity.

I was here about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely loved this location! The staff was so lively and friendly! They offered me with their personal suggestions and we're so patient with me. The food is amazing and after finishing my food I felt so satisfied and ready to take on the rest of my day! I love the healthy and clean food served! This place is a must when in Chicago! I will definitely be back!
