One note: the location on google maps is incorrect. The restaurant is on the side of the building facing Adams, not the side facing LaSalle. It took me a couple of minutes to find because of that.
my experience today was wonderful at this location. first of all, I LOVE Potbelly's food, but ive found that not every shop has the same service and atmosphere. this shop blew me away how well they are run. i got through the line very quickly. everyone was friendly. they got my order right, rung up
Nuki went above and beyond for my work group. Got out lunches with every detail - made us feel welcome and got us our lunch quickly! I wish we could’ve tipped, so I’m hoping the owner sees this and throws her and the staff a Christmas bonus! :)
I've been here a couple times now and have had a pleasant experience each time. Both times have been online orders and my sandwich was ready at the advertised time and tasted delicious. The employees are extremely friendly and made me feel like a valued customer.

Same great food. Some of the staff could be a little more engaged with customers. Employee in front of me in line was ordering her own food for lunch. She was talking on her iPad (I do not mean iPhone) while ordering and holding up the line.
Lots of seating and convenient location.
If you’re looking for an alternative for all the unhealthy food downtown this is definitely a great choice. Way different feel then subway and your other sandwich choices. Don’t get me wrong they have things on their menu that will add to your calories, but they definitely have a multitude of health
Potbellys was right outside our hotel and we ate there several times for breakfast and lunch. Their milkshakes and cookies were great too. The price of food was very reasonable compared to other places. Would definately go back.
This is by far my favorite Potbelly location in the city. The employees here are actually friendly and the food is always good. This location has a great atmosphere and I enjoy sitting in here to eat my food.
