Nice restaurant. Idk who made my caramel iced coffee today, but I asked for extra caramel all the time and this was the first time they lined the cup with caramel..now I wonder what they were doing the other times. This place gets very busy in the afternoon but the staff is fast and food is always good and hot. I gave 4 stars because their seating area is so awkward.
Ordered here late at night food came on-time and hot which was appreciated. Tastes as expected! Generous portion of chips.
Typical McDonald's. Good service and you know what food you are getting. Double burger was great as well as fries.
I was out for a walk downtown Chicago and came across this elderly woman. She asked me for some change.
I told her that I didn't have any cash but told her that I would buy her something to eat.
I hope that she enjoyed it.
Went early on a Saturday morning for breakfast before a day of exploring the city. The food was good, fast and the restrooms were the cleanest I experience out of any other place in Chicago.
It is a McDonalds located in a finance area so, it is clean and is bigger than others. The good is nice.

I can truly say that this location is very clean organized. The staff is very friendly and amazing truly one of the best locations.
Loved the classical music played at this restaurant. Staff are helpful and nice, and the restaurant is clean. Meets expectations of a quality McDonald’s restaurant. Would definitely recommend if you are in this area.

We stopped into McDonald's for a quick dinner during some bad weather. Ordering our food was simplified by touch screen kiosks. The restrooms were extremely clean, which was a welcome surprise for a fast food place. The only concern I had was the accessibility to the staff which was pretty non existent. They were so overwhelmingly busy that there was virtually no opportunity to request or inform them of anything.
There was a white guy that was working there. He’s awesome and fast . He never made faces when customers ask for sauce .
Had fish o fillets. It was very cold outside and having a hot cryspy fish o fillets burger at McDonald's tastes good..
The Sugar free vanilla iced coffees are delicious. The food is good . The staff is great. But, if you want your food hot beat the rush 🤣
