A classic Irish pub but with an American twist when it comes to the food. Excellent staff, top notch and attentive management, and a great and festive laid back environment. Highly recommend.

Not only was our waitresss Mary Ann extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. But the food and atmosphere were really great. I would totally recommend Lady Mecgregor anytime to anyone.

The food here is AMAZING. I very much enjoyed every part of my meal. So good. We got the club, Brussels and Mac. The Brussels and Mac were AMAZING. The sandwich was great but dang we're the Brussels so good!! I want to go back to try more. We left satisfied! The area was on the loud side and we could have done with a quitter setting. But that could have just been the loud group behind us.

The food was surprisingly delicious. Some of the best chicken tenders I’ve had in the city and the Brussel sprouts were really flavorful as well! It’s a karaoke bar, so it can get pretty loud, but it’s rather large so it was easy to find a spot at the bar on a Thursday night. Drinks were good too, but the food was the highlight for me.

Went for some food and drinks with a friend on a Saturday night. We did make a reservation and highly recommend that you do. Since it was a weekend night it was loud (expected it to be) but overall good vibes. I had their buffalo chicken sandwich and it was very good. Had a good time and would come again.

A great local pub in the neighborhood. Plenty of screens for sports and a sizeable bar for all drinks. Typical bar style food.

Food was surprisingly delicious here for a bar food. Their kitchen closes at 9pm and we ordered at 10 min before 9, but for being that late,, their food was still amazing. Drinks were great too. They card at the door and it's open seating and self service. We only got our food delivered but order at the bar and brought our own drinks to the booth. DJ was ok, but the crowd was so young it felt like a college party. Overall pretty good.

A tale of two sandwiches. It’s a nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable on drinks. It took about 40 minutes to get our pretzel appetizer. We didn’t complain about the hour wait for food because it pushed us into happy hour. Both of us ordered chicken sandwiches. One was a big chicken breast. Mine was a thin small piece. The “guacamole spread” smelled like peas, not guacamole. Server was good. Very nice. Overall we enjoyed it.

They charge customers who use credit cards a fee (around 2+% of the bill), so if you want to skip that, bring cash. We went for brunch and the food was great. Solid chicken and waffles, nicely prepared egg dishes. There was only one server handing all the tables, so they did their best, but coffee refills took some time and so did a second beverage order. They seem to struggle with the daytime vibe. It's actually really nice without the tv's on, but the music can very from sports-bar-90's-stadium-rock to indie. They need to work this out during brunch/lunch and skip trying add a sports bar or nighttime vibe.

I'm particularly glad I went in the summer because they had the front windows opened and the weather was fantastic so that added to the open atmosphere. Great drinks. LOVE their truffle fries. I do recommend their happy hour very highly and it runs later than most places do which is great because I generally don't get back from the office before 6:00 or 6:30.

Lovely atmosphere with a warm buzz of conversation, unlike loud sports bars nearby. They had up beautiful Christmas decorations when we visited, but the interior is so unique and cozy even without that! The Brussels sprouts were delicious! We were also in a time crunch, and our waitress did well to keep things moving for us.

The atmosphere of LG’s is outstanding. They have a very intimate and modern feel for an Irish pub. Great fit for old town / Wells St. interesting decor all around, with one room themed like a wine cellar and another lined with bookshelves. The menu has some good options and interesting takes on what you might consider traditional bar food. I went with the short rib cheese burger and it was excellent. The presentation was decent and the quality of meet was very good. We did nachos and Brussels sprouts as an app and both were very good. The service was decent. The server disappeared for periods of time and did not have any knowledge on the wines or whiskeys offered, but she was very friendly. For have a wine cellar themed room, I would expect a more extensive wine list. They only have about 6 different wines. Also, they have an expansive whiskey menu, but then were out of the first selection we ordered. Overall, our experience was great. The atmosphere is impressive and the food was very good. I recommend getting some good wines on your menu and take Bogle off the list. You have the clientele that will buy it in old town.

Got the boneless wings, Nashville style and fries. Very good. Would get again. Also, DJ was playing a very nice mix.

What a fun bar with delicious food! We went early to get a table and our service was incredible! The music was a little loud while we were eating, but we did not mind it later in the evening while we were dancing!

Giving this place a 5-star rating simply because this was the only place in the area that wasn’t blasting their tv’s at max vune, and my husband and I could actually have a conversation without screaming at the top of our lungs.

LGs was the best place to have my birthday party. They were so accommodating and on top of things. Everyone was so impressed with the service and hospitality. There were at least 30 of us and our server was so on top of everyone’s orders and no one had to wait long for a drink or food. They also moved tables in the room as needed and rearranged the seating to accommodate the crowd. I was so happy and impressed with the night!
