Columbus, Ohio originated ice cream powerhouse opens another Chicago location west of the loop in the Randolph / Fulton Market neighborhood. One can really not go wrong with any flavor choice. The brilliance, bouquet, and bursting ice cream flavors truly have no rival or equivalence. My typical go to options are Darkest Chocolate and the former Buckeye State. Yet, do not shy away from the fruit and floral creations which defy description.
Have you ever discovered a new color that no human has ever had the pleasure of viewing before? Have you ever made a sound so unique, so pure and so blissful that babies with colic immediately stop crying? Me neither. Because those things are hard to do. But I’ll tell you what I did do today. I had some of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream. And let me tell you what, that is the closest I will ever come to discovering a new sense. I fell in love today. That love came in the form of Gooey Butter Cake. In the great words of Forest Gump aka Hank the Tank, I love you Jeni.
Five stars aren’t enough! Due to covid there was only one group allowed in the building at one time, but the person working the counter was quick so the wait wasn’t long at all! They were so nice and helpful! I got one scoop of the brambleberry ice cream and it was to die for!! Definitely will be visiting again.
I'd give them 5 stars if they had a vegan waffle cone option and a bit more variety of vegan flavors. However, we can't always have it all and Jeni's excels at what it does! The ice cream is always luxurious, airy, creamy and delicious with the perfect mouth feel--no easy feat for vegan ice cream! Plus, the parlor is always sparkling clean and the staff are just as sweet as the offerings!
Turkish coffee ice cream is so good. It's a must try. Ice cream is thick and has the right strong coffee taste. I didn't really like the signature flavors though.
Always great experience. Definitely a place to visit and try new flavors. Dairy free coconut coffee the best.

The best ice cream ever. The flavors are unique and we'll blended -- not too sweet or too salty. It is worth every cent. Unfortunately because of the COVID pandemic they are not offering samples so that you can find your favorite flavors.
