I can honestly say that I don't have anything bad to say about this place. There's always room for improvement which is the reason why I give four and not 5 stars. the place is always clean, the employees are always friendly. They are very quick and efficient without sparing any detail or quality of the food while doing it. I think I had to wait 15 seconds ONE time to get the order I was picking up and it KILLED me!! (Kidding) Other than that I've walked in and walked right out with the food. You keep up the excellent work.

Super good food! Fast and extremely helpful service! Oh did I mention how good my original with onions, hot and sweet peppers was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a looooong time!?! Gotta try them out if you've never been!!

This place is awesome. The owner is super cool. Never had a bad experience here and always end up uncomfortably full. My fiance is from the east coast and has been to many of the places pictured on the walls and it holds up to her high standards for a cheese steak shop.
My.son and I go here every time we are in Chico. Food is excellent, customer service is top notch and the bathroom is clean. Sandwiches was so good I thought about getting one for the road. I will next time!
Good solid cheese steak. They have curly fries too! I usually get the double meat and split it with a friend. It's the best cheese steak in Chico.
