I've been a regular customer for the last year or so. I'm going to preference this by stating I've only ordered pizza (both the specialty pizza's and build your own) It's my 'go to' place for pizza, I generally order 2-3 times per month.
I find the pizza to be EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicopee area.
I like the website for it's online ordering. Quality ingredients, good food, fair, competitive prices, easy online ordering eliminates the need to call and order. I notice a fair amount of turnover at the front counter, but staff is always courteous. My only gripe is the location (and parking) it's a multi tenant strip mall, and sometimes the parking sucks. Other than that, great pizza, enjoy!
I definitely consider myself a pizza connoisseur seeing how all my friends and family know my obsession for pizza since I was a child. I've also worked in the pizza industry and have eaten pizza all over the country, to include New York City and Chicago.
Giovanni's is easily one of my top 3 nationally. Friendly service, consistent quality, and absolutely the best pepperoni and feta pizza I've ever had!
