If I could just rate the food, it would be a five. We rarely eat here though because the prices are a little steep (reason for 3 stars) Service and food were excellent though, but 2 adult burgers and 2 kids burgers with 1 fry and 1 shake...52 bucks? My burger was fine but my boyfriend's burger was almost raw...
Decent location, usually clean and not too crowded. I wish they cooked the hotdogs and buns a little more.
Foods good if your ok with dropping like 50 bucks for three burgers a fry and a milk shake. It's to pricey for me and it's not the most amazing burger. It's like high class fast food.
Love the food here but service is slow . I pre-ordered my food for pick up and still had to wait extra time when it said it was done.
This FiveGuys location in Chicopee was very accommodating of gluten sensitive needs and prepared a bowl for us with burgers, willingly changed gloves and cleared clean spot on grill to avoid cross contamination. Very grateful! Great location convenient to Tru Hilton in Chicopee.
15 bucks. Sloppy soft tomatoes. Forgot bacon. Didn't even get fries and that was the price with a drink. Over priced for mediocre cooks with no real training.
