I don't know if it would be possible to find a more aptly named place. Everything about it was the quintessential small-town diner that still cranks out honest food for the home folks who haven't left it behind. Nothing was new here, but it felt comfortable.
They say their barbecue is cooked on hic
We had an awesome experience the first and second time visiting this restaurant! The BBQ is terrific and the fries cooked in fresh oil so they were crunchy and delicious. The place was spotless during both visits! We DO recommend this for BBQ but can’t vouch for other menu items. We’ll be back for s
Dry meats and flies. Out of all the food the only redeeming dish was the fried cheese curds.
They gave me an old or used potato and it's 11 a.m. smh... it's been one problem after another one. Loved this little restaurant. I had the catfish filet and my husband had the pulled pork. Both were delicious. The menu is large for such a small restaurant with all the southern comfort foods. The service is prompt and friendly. I will definitely be back.
Today I got 2 pork sandwiches, inside, sliced. Good portions, great bbq. Came with chips, not necessary. Sone grissel, but acceptable.
Food was ok... nothing special... waitress was very good...
The food was amazing the service was good. Plenty to choose from that all sounded wonderful on the menu. They even serve beer. Wow thats a plus. We will be back for sure.
