I have tried lots of pizza , but nothing compares with Giovanni 's Pizza on Western Ave. Chillicothe, Ohio . It has to be the best pizza anywhere.......The crust is perfect , too.....That is the only place that I will go to get a pizza......

We have many pizza places here in Chillicothe but Giovanni's has to be my favorite! I LOVE their pizza! They also have great lunch specials and know how to get orders out fast for those who are on limited time lunches! No matter where we go in the USA, we always compare the pizza to Giovanni's and no one has been able to come close!!
Live in Columbus but from Ironton where its easy to get Giovanni's. Used to go to Washington Courthouse, but then we tried Chillicothe and it was over. Vern's Giovanni's is the best we've had in years. Great balance of sauce, cheese and toppings! 2nd time we made the drive from Cbus!
We love the flavor profile of their pizza, but out varies from one store to another. Our favorite store is the one in Wellston. But Chillicothe is second. We have tried 5 different locations.
The pizza is delicious. Service was great. We got exactly what we ordered. Keep our drinks full. Server was very friendly amd kind.
Our absolute favorite pizza! Love the greasy cheese! And the 19 in. Special with the free small one--can't beat the price! We buy it about once a month or more!

Can't beat Giovanni's Pizza. Grew up going to Giovanni's Pizza when located at 2nd and Mulberry St. Years ago. Living in The Smoky's here in East Tennessee and everytime in Ohio visiting family, We always eat at Giovanni's on Western Ave. in Chillicothe, Ohio. Again can't beat their great Pizza!

It was amazing. Being from Chillicothe, I used to go there a long time ago, when I lived there, and I hadn't been there for a while. It was so good. Great, friendly service too. I'll be back soon!

Always a delight! I absolutely love their food! The staff is so polite. The subs are soft and crispy. The pizza is piled high with toppings! I am never disappointed. Definitely one of the things I miss from my hometown.

Great Pizza and Lasagna
I grew up in Chillicothe, and Giovanni's has been a favorite of my family for as long as I can remember. I recently moved back to Chillicothe after spending almost 30 years in another city. I introduced my husband to this hometown favorite today, and he loved it.
I ordered the baked lasagna, accurately described on the menu as "a hearty meal of steaming lasagna noodles layered with Giovanni's meat sauce cheese, then covered with more met sauce and cheese and baked to golden perfection." It came with a small salad of lettuce and diced tomatoes. I was also given the choice of a roll or garlic bread. I chose garlic bread, and I definitely made the right choice! The garlic bread was a heated, unsliced sub bun covered in a rich garlic butter that could have been a meal in itself. To describe this bread as delicious is a disservice to the taste of the bread. It was whatever several notches of delicious is!
My husband ordered a specialty pizza called The Slice of Spice. The menu describes it as "spicy sausage, spicy pepperoni and hot peppers topped with our special spice." From our seats at the bar we could see the pizza being made. When I saw how many banana peppers were piled onto it, I knew I would not even be trying this pizza, because spicy is not my thing. My husband, however, loved it. He dubbed Giovanni's his favorite pizza place in Chillicothe, and is already planning our next visit.
We sat at the tiny bar near the kitchen, but there is also a dining room with plenty of seating. Like a lot of long-established Chillicothe restaurants, the first words that come to mind when trying to describe Giovanni's is "old school." Great food in an authentic, small-town establishment - a recipe for success.
At a travel tournament and decided to grab a pizza..this place nailed it!. Service was spot on pizza and wings were absolutely delicious. Hats off to the crew working Sat July 24 2021!
The best pizza & lasagna hell all the food is good
Giovanni's is one of the best pizza places around. I got the Monday special this time and it was really good. My only complaint and it's my personal opinion, is it had too much sauce this time which made the cheese fall off but other than that, perfect!
I enjoyed the meal hope to go back. Ordered a 12" pep an cheese an a second plain cheese. Is it me or did giovannis as a hole spice up the pepperoni that I did not care for. But it was good ill just do without pepperoni next time.
