Was not busy, many clean tables but were still placed on a waiting list. 45 minutes while the 2 young hostesses goofed around with each other. Had to send my food back 3 times to get my steak cooked properly.
The food was fantastic. However our waitress, Adara, was not all that good. She was very polite but we had to stop her to ask for drinks and other things instead of her taking the initiative to make sure we had what we needed.
Seated rather quickly, it was a Saturday. Our waiter was excellent, very attentive. The food was put in a timely manner and it was cooked perfectly. Definitely going back.
Called a week and a half in advance for a 15 people party. We waited for 45 minutes to finally get outrdrinks. We made the reservation and hour and a half before an event and they made us 20 minutes late. Best of all after waiting for and hour and 20 minutes for our food it was all cold and hard as
I love their artichoke dip. Great service. The food was awesome. They have a 2 meals for 25. My daughter and I usually make use of that.
Have always enjoyed Applebee's but this visit wasn't a favorite. My chicken was dry, andv broccoli was cold. I will return again, just won't order this particular item.
