Waitress was nice but food was cold. There was 3 tables in here. I saw food flying in the BOH. When was this place cleaned last? The ceiling is gross and the vents. I worked as a manager for 9 years and this is ridiculous. Get your shift together.
Server was great, super, super friendly. Manager and kitchen staff need education regarding frying any type of food. Oil temp is cranked way too high, and this is what happens. Was told "so it's not raw", but come on now, this is laughable - it used to be SO much better at the very same location.

Our server was "Harris", but because the cooks were busy taking out trash, he also Cook our food. I must say, the boy done well... everyone enjoyed their food & experience, & my steak tips were better than any previous IHOP meal, or from anywhere for that case!
