Love the food and the service very helpful thier menu needs a little bump up
They got rid of the frappes that I loved so much.
Always fast and friendly. Food was great also.
We went in with or kids thinking they could play in the play area and the manager had told us that they still had it closed, the kids flipped out.. so he told us that he would give the girls free drinks and a toy to make them feel better he was terriblely sorry about the inconvenience. Me and my husband also saw him helping the younger ones on the crew being very encouraging and informative. Great experience. Wish we had gotten his name :)
Great staff. The service is slow at times but that's with any fast food chain. Their ice cream machine seems to be down alot but other than that it's a good place to grab a somewhat quick bite.
The last 2 times I've been to this BK, they have had the same manager in there. Idk his name but he is excellent at his job, and treats each customer like family... Even tho he has clearly been understaffed, and overworked, he's never taken it out on his customers while I've been there with my 5 very loud, very energetic kids! Food has been exactly what we ordered, and never cold! Great job Western ave BK!!
