The waiter that we had was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, it took forever to get our food. Said the kitchen was backed up. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. So I would say that they definitely need improvement in that area.

The waitress got our order wrong and then didn't really want to do anything about it! She just gave us a free browney bite. The food we got was good and we got it really quickly. I think there was some "language barrier" going on. Ended up costing me an extra $13.00!
Absolutely sucked. Walked in seated immediately and sat there 15-20 minutes and never once was asked anything. Waiter and waitress walk by and just look. Absolutely a joke that a Applebees let’s kids run places like this. Thanks guys u really made my day!!!! 7-4-22..4:30pm

Food was great! The waiter was very nice and on top of everything! I missed his name and ny receipt blew away before I could do a survey on him, but he was wonderful!!
