I met the new owner Andy and Tony the manager helped me out with my order. They were both very kind and professional! I ordered over the phone about 15 minutes prior to arrival and it was ready right when I walked in! It was so good and the crust had the perfect crunch to it!

I just picked up my pizza from here and let me tell you I am very satisfied! It was so delicious and the service was great: only feedback I would suggest maybe offer some parm and peppers but besides that 10/10.

Ordered a Large "Garden Fresh" Vegetarian Pizza on-line and it was so delicious!😋 The customer service at this Papa John's (in Chino, CA) is superb.👍🏽 Cannot wait to return. Wish I could give ten (10) stars!🌟

The personnel at this place are nice and friendly, very respectful. The pizza although not what it was some time ago still beats the other chains. Personally I still prefer papa John's over their competitors.

I thought I was the only one who thought the pizza had a funky flavor, The sauce was a bit bitter, and the bread/crust had no taste. I didn’t even finish my slice. Other people who took some leftover pizza had the same opinion.
