Great customer service, great food and they are fast. Everything was super! Management seems to be wonderful here. One of the best Arby's I have eaten at. I hope they continue to be this good.
I order 4 sliders no bread and no cheese for my daughters. Bryce (without my asking) ran numbers for me to find an option for them that ended up being less expensive. The service is always great, but to go above and beyond for the customer like this deserves recognition. Thank you Bryce.
The Choctaw location has one of the hardest working crews I've ever met. They are in such great spirits as well. It's 7/18 at 6:55pm. This specific crew went WAY above and beyond for all the drive through customers... including running back and forth 4 times for one lady who was being particular. Bravo! I'm definitely coming back to this one.
Nice new restraunt. Love the roast beef sandwich.
Update: 6/21/22
Apparently they keep changing their hrs. My previous post showed a later closing time. My new pic shows drive-thru closes at 10:30pm but they were closed when I went through at 10:00, so idk when they close.
One of the better Arby's in my opinion. They stay busy but keep on top of things. Never cold or old. Kinda forgetful at times though when they get busy. No biggie. I frequent this location.
