Awesome seafood. Seafood platter had fish, crab cakes, and stuffed shrimp. Came with side and salad for $15.95. Nice deal and great flavor!
Would give em another try. Prime rib was a sub par.,not as thick or juicy as i have had elsewhere., maybe i just had a bad cut. my wife really enjoyed the steamed clams. service was very good, our waitress ( Gail ) was very friendly and really hopping and took care of us among other guest on a busy day.
if in the area again i would give franks the benefit of the doubt, another chance would be warranted, however i would order something besides the prime rib,
atmosphere was nice. dining area had plenty of room between tables and booths. prices were reasonable.

Got the fish and chips special, was very fresh however it didn’t have much spice or flavor to it. Seemed to have a group of older folks for lunch so that’s understandable. Can definitely tell they keep their fryers clean. Service was excellent. Drinks were great. Very fairly priced.
My boyfriend and I came here after work. The waitress is so nice patient and beautiful. l ordered chicken and broccoli, it was excellent. My boyfriend ordered the breadcrumb haddock, he said was a 10. We definitely will be back. This was a great experience, a great place to eat. Thank you
Great food and service. Had my Canadian Thanksgiving meal here. It's off the Interstate a bit and looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but don't be fooled. Notice all the local cars filling the parking lot. While you have to be prepared for a heavy seafood smell, the food is excellent and I will return on our next trip through.
Great food and great service! My wife had the Hash Brown Haddock and I had one of the specials--Fried Clam Strips with a baked potato and a side of cole slaw. The food was outstanding and delicious and the service was fast, friendly and efficient. The wait for our food was minimal despite the fact that they were VERY busy on a Monday late afternoon. Our meal came to $46.28 and that included both main dinners, two appetizers (French Onion Soup and Shrimp cocktail) and two iced teas. Highly recommend this place and we will be back the next time we come to Syracuse.
Friendly waitstaff and the wings are excellent. The food is always amazing, especially the seafood, and it is cooked to perfection. Most of it is fried, but their fries and gravy taste heavenly. They also have the best fountain rootbeer and it always seems to be somewhat busy. It has a good atmosphere and there are always jokes and smiles. The bartenders are also very kind and bend over backward to make your time there special. Especially Crystal, who I see in the afternoons and is just kind. An amazing place, and if you're in the Cicero area you should give it a try!
We're looking for a good place to eat. Found this place on Google Maps and they had good reviews. Glad we went there. The food was very good n worth the money! We'll be back when we get up this way again!! Not to mention.....The service was great!!
Frank's is a great value for your money. It is a locally owned and operated restaurant with a nice bar. The clams and homemade clam chowder are out of this world good. Saturday is prime rib day. They give you a giant portion that is cooked to perfection and I recommend the twice baked potato. Great food at a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed!
Nice comfortable atmosphere. Good prices on great food ! Super friendly staff, Crystal, Sheena and Chase are wonderful and Frank is always welcoming and makes you feel like your at "CHEERS" :) ! An awesome place to grab a quick bite, have a couple drinks with friends or have a decent seafood or steak dinner. WEDNESDAY /THURSDAY 55 cent wings are awesome and CLAM Monday and Tuesday's Rock ! The Prime Rib is good too ! Yeah, we love FRANKS !
It was our first time eating here, and we all were very surprised! Steaks were made perfectly, clams tasted delicious, and everyone was very welcoming. Definitely would recommend to family members and friends.
