Love that Chick-Fil-A is finally in NY. The food is delicious, staff very polite despite the crazy lines. My son spilled his milk and a server happy helped me clean it up. Order through the App before you go in to skip the line and the wait! If it’s your first time be sure to order the regular chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a lemonade. The ice cream is delicious too 😍
My family was there yesterday about dinner time once I seen the lines inside and in the drive thru I was dreading it but to my surprise it ran very smoothly & quickly. I was very impressed how everything was run from staff coming to my vehicle with menus in hand to take our orders and to collect our payment & the food was hot and delicious. Well worth the two and a half hour drive.
I got there before the lunch hour rush and was served by the manager himself. Eveyone was very friendly. My food order was ready before even even walked away from the register. One of the the staff came by the table and asked if I wanted a drink refill.
Took me an hour and 15 minutes to get through the drive thru but it was SO worth it! Service was amazing and the food was even better!
The new restaurant has been open about a month now and it's still crazy busy. We decided to brave the lines inside to get our fix. The line was long, but went super quick. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. My son picked our seats to read while I stood in line. They brought him a free drink while he waited for me. I had barely sat down when they brought our food out. It was a great experience. I absolutely love the customer service.
Ate at Chick-fil-a in San Jose, CA and loved it! So happy there’s a location in upstate NY. Love the deluxe sandwich and the Chic-fil-a sauce!😋 Long line .. but well worth the wait!
Great food and great service. The owner/operator is a great guy. Large crowds were at the store but they got us through the line fast!

Very long lines so I decided to do my order online for carry out. 15 minute wait,& well worth the wait. Great food & great service! Thank you for opening a location in Cicero,Ny!

One of my favorites. Parking and access are the only negatives here. Very popular but they handle the volume efficiently. I love the fried chicken so I cannot fault them for serving it. They do offer healthy options. Chicken biscuits in the morning are the best and the biscuits are always perfect. Chicken salads are very good.
Chick-fil-A is always delightful! But, the line was all to out side of the store, how everything the service was very fast! Unfortunately my grilled chicken was warm towards cold! The restroom are not clean either.
Update: The store manager refunded my check for this meal!
Love love love. Best fast food out there. Never disappoints!!! I have the app and used my points to get a free brownie. If you forget your cash/card you can pay with Apple pay. Quick service and friendly staff.

The chicken was very good and juicy.
The waffle fries could of been a little more crisp but they where still good.
I enjoyed the Chick-fil-A sauce. It has a nice smokey flavor to it. The food was prepared fast and fresh.
Overall was a pleasant dining experience 👍
The place was packed and I didn't have much time but since there isn't one back home I made it a priority to stop and I'm very happy I did. My family and I placed a rather large order but it came out so quick we hadn't picked a table to sit at yet! The service was even better as busy and fast paced as it was they gave me service with a smile! Wish Chickfila would get it's act together in Buffalo....
I gotta say for fast food Chick-fil-A is probably The highest quality knowledge for dollar.
That's sad I can't believe a meal for me with $17, And I didn't even do a size upgrade.

High-end fast casual food. Chicken is very fresh. Fries are also great, with no detectable grease. Really impressed with the quality at this price-point!
Good food but could not figure out why they did not take cash after using gift certificate
First time going inside to order - I might do it more often! Friendly service and great food as always. And unlike most fast food places these days, they still put out the free condiments and supplies for customers to take as needed, including moist towelettes. I'm glad some places aren't willing to sacrifice customer experience yet to save a few pennies.
It was our first time here at Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. Now, I'm just hoping to get one closer to home. When traveling we will stop again. :) 😀
Honestly it was good. But I liked the nuggets, strawberry milkshake and the honey mustard sauce the most. The deluxe chicken sandwich was cooked well, but I did not like the dill pickles at all. If I had told them to hold the pickles I think I would have liked the sandwich better. Staff was very friendly.
First time there, got a kids meal of chicken nuggets and mac and cheese with lemonade. Employees were friendly. Had heard alot about mac and cheese so wanted to try it. The dog had the nuggets as I am vegetarian & I had the mac. Mac tasted good but was lukewarm . Nuggets were good size but one was all crust, no meat. Lemonade was awesome. Will give it another shot.
This location frequently forgets an item in our order over the Liverpool location. It’s not a big deal but it does happen. I think everyone here has great service, but especially Giana who we always seem to get when we need the mistake corrected, she’s very polite and doesn’t question or make us feel uneasy when we bring up the issue. 10/10 for Giana
I went to this location there was a short blonde with a pony tail I didn’t catch her name and another short blonde with a pony tail named Taylor, they are exceptional employees, well mannered moved with purposes and working hard I wish I could’ve left them a tip. I own two businesses myself and wish I had employees who worked half as much as these two.
We traveled all the way from Marcellus to eat lunch here....and it was worth every mile. They keep such a clean restaurant, and have such friendly staff. We brought our two daughters and they had a blast. Hailey got to play on the playground while we ate, and Zoey loved the highchair and French fries. What can you say when you get unprocessed food fast and it's really good but yum. Their shakes are awesome! Their lemonade is mouth puckering, lip smacking good! Check them out as soon as you can. You'll love it.
Love the food at Chick-fil-a!!! The staff were extremely friendly and the food at this one is great! The way they have their drive-thru set up is super convenient and makes the lines go through very fast! So don't hesitate stopping because the lines are long. I waited at the longest 5 min.
