Omg I so wish I had one near me. It was like the best compared to any other fast food places.
This Dairy Queen is perfect, from the food, to the EXCELLENT staff, to the prices, to the restaurant layout. They did everything right, and they could teach many other restaurants how it's done. Love this place and will absolutely go back again and again.
The $5 lunch special is awesome. Cheeseburger, fries, drink and a small sundae. Can't beat the taste for the price.

We went to DQ tonight for a Girl Scout field trip, and the staff was amazing! The girls had a great time and loved their ice cream. Thank you Zack and DQ crew from Daisy Troop 10931.
The very best DQ I have been so far! The customer service was a hit — specifically, the first day of standard time 2023, 11-05-2023, and around afternoon. The young lady in the register was the best that I wish to have. She had a beautiful smile — well, it’s a complement. She was always standing up; although, her job may seem to be very stressful. Fast food type of multitasking? Wow! It’s fabulous. I have never been negatively bothered because I understand how does customer service works, but her eagerness of working is very great. I would ever come back so many times in this branch [Cicero, NY]. For food, it was so delicious. We had burgers, fries, and tenders. It may be pricey, but my satisfaction of being a customer there was positively okay.

The service was quick, and the cashier was really sweet to us. They flipped the blizzards of course. Our food was good, the chicken was drowning in the honey barbeque sauce... But it was really good for dipping fries in so we didn't mind. The cheese burger was good. And the fries were exact what you think when you think fast food fries.
It was a good place for a quick snack, I got a double cheese triple and it was so good, but I could barely eat it 'cause of how big it was- still good though. I also got a blizzard which was also great, they tipped it iver in front of me and yep--

My friend had never been in one of the New Style building , the last time was in Rome NY, they are gone years ago, Because she goes above and beyond her job with me! She wanted to Stop and we did! Loved our Chicken baskets!
Never had a bad experience and best onion rings ever, has burger king and even applebees beat by a long shot.
The service at this location is always great! I always get the chicken strips basket because I like the side of country gravy. One thing I wish is that the ice cream with the kids meal was optional so that it didn't sit on our table melting while we eat. And it would be nice to get the kids blizzards instead of Dilly bars.
Super clean, food as good as I remember. (I was far away from a Dairy queen for years!!!). It was a great experience!
I like that things have gotten much better. Still not sure if I want to try the chili dog again. Oh hell I will now that supply and demand has gotten somewhat better than before ( COVID )
This was my First Time going to Dairy Queen! I will be going back again. Friendly Staff and very helpful... I don't eat much and I was able to order a Kid's Hotdog Meal!!!!!
Pretty friendly service, they were very nice when I asked what kind of sauces they have. The wait was a little long but it was lunch time during the week so no complaints there. The food was good! You get 3 tenders, fries, a hot fudge Sunday and a drink for only $7!!! Definitely recommend
