Bought a power bowl with extra rice. They forgot the rice, but the customer service was awesome. They made it right, and I will definitely eat there again!!! The power bowl is fantastic.

Service is very slow! They treat outside orders first!!@! Not organized do not take orders in order they pick ,& choose! Manager needs to step in and organize staff
Orders almost always accurate. Nice drive through staff. Often takes a long time in line at the drive through if they're busy, sometimes up to half an hour for 8-10 cars. This location often has better quality than some others nearby.

Great fast food almost every time. Definitely one of the best taco Bell's around! It's the quickest for sure. It's my go to for food usually while out in Cicero.
