They really fast and quality service the new manager over there as a girl and she's really nice to everybody I love this place

usually i have a great experience at this location (my friend and i go out of our way for this taco bell rather than the one on Roosevelt in forest park), but last night was a little disappointing. i'm not sure if part of it was because we ordered through the app, but they missed some items in our order. we ordered a 12-pack of the cinnabon delights, but they didn't have any. no big deal, they gave us 4 bags of the cinnamon twists instead. unfortunately, the cinnamon twists literally tasted like chemicals. we couldn't eat them at all, so they ended up being thrown away. when we got home, we realized we were missing chips with cheese, one of our burritos, and a taco. i called back and let them know about the missing burrito and taco (we didn't realize until later about the chips and cheese), and Jamie was awesome. he wrote down my name so next time i go, i'll get my burrito and taco. the experience wasn't the greatest, but Jamie made the whole thing a lot better.
tldr; shoutout Jamie, that man deserves a raise.
I been coming here for almost 3 years now and they always get my order correct.The people here are so nice(besides the fact that I know some of the people there). The service is always good even on their bad days. Everyone there is always willing to help you if you have a problem with the food, bathroom, or etc. They only minor issue I have is the bathroom and having to tell them you have to go. Their reason for it is reasonable and understandable so I've accepted the fact.
Convenient drive thru. Kind employees. Great service. I always give happy surveys.
