Reviews The Melting Pot

It's been about 15 Years since we've been to the Melting Pot. Don't have anything bad to say about it. The experience was really fun but it's just not my cup of tea. I get that. Some people love it. At this price I prefer for full-service and not cooking my own food. At roughly $100 per head for what we ordered I'd probably have chosen something else. Staff was great - desert was the star of the show.

We went to the Melting Pot for our anniversary, and it was amazing! We’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews about it so we were a little nervous thinking it wasn’t going to be good. However, it was absolutely spectacular! We went for the Thursdates special and we got the Wisconsin Cheddar for the cheese, Mojo for the entree, and s’mores for the chocolate. Everything was amazing. Logan was our server and she was such a delight! She was extremely kind, and attentive. She even drew us a happy anniversary message on a plate that was a complete surprise! The food and atmosphere was wonderful but Logan made the experience even better. If you go, please ask for her as your server. I know we definitely will next time we go. Thank you Melting Pot and Logan for the wonderful anniversary celebration!

This was a fabulous meal. I have some food allergies and they were very accommodating. Everything tasted wonderful, and we had a good time. It doesn't look like a lot of food, but we were stuffed. They have specials on different days. Check their website for details.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was amazing! We decided to have “The big night out for two” so we could have the full experience. I was hesitant at first about cooking my own food at the table but it was so easy. We spent just over 2hrs going through all 4 courses! Definitely go hungry.

What an experience! It’s been ten plus years since I’ve been, and I don’t really remember it like I should have, but this time was definitely one to remember! Excellent four course meal! Attentive staff, excellent mixed drinks. Food was phenomenal. I don’t have anything negative to say other than you will definitely be stuffed when you leave here!

This was our first time here. We had wanted to come for a long time, but it is so worth the drive! Carissa, our server, did an amazing job. The manager talked to us and helped teach us how to use the grill. The food, dessert, and drinks were fantastic.

We went during Valentines weekend & got to experience their Valentine menu. It does cost more than their normal price ($168 for my husband & I) but everything was great! Good atmosphere, great waiter who explained everything so well & the food was delicious 😋 😀. Way more than enough. We were beyond stuffed and still had A LOT to take home with us. We also received Free champagne 🍾 to celebrate the night. My sister law & I also tried their drink "Love Martini" which was delicious as well. Tasted just like a strawberry juice. It's a unique experience that we all recommend trying. We had a great night & will be back at a regular time to do it again. (My in laws have been there before & said it's all just as good but a lot cheaper - roughly $40-$45 per person). I believe you just receive a little less food & no free champagne. It's worth it!!! You can choose between all meats or meat & seafood mix. The sauce it will be cooked in and you receive multiple different dipping sauces for both the meat, seafood and veggies. The cheese dip for the first course is delicious!!! I believe we chose the Wisconsin 😍 and don't get me started on the desert... chocolate fondue with bananas, strawberries, marshmallows, brownies, pound cake and more to dip in. Can't rave about it enough :)

Took my parents here for their first type of experience like this. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was great. Plenty of food. Shen was our waiter and did a great job explaining everything for my parents. We were probs a little bit underdressed considering we just spent all day at Kings Island but they didn't mind. If there is one thing you try when you go here it is the original dessert fondue. Was to die for. 5/5

A memorable dining experience! Four courses brought out at a leisurely pace which allowed for conversation and digestion. The two protein option was more than enough food for two people to enjoy their fill

Perfect for special occasions. We especially lived the flaming turtle dessert. I could probably just come for the cheese and chocolate. As far as the entree the chicken is very flavorful and the beef is very good as well. We got the extra appetizer with salami and I would not get that again, but everything else was scrumptious.

The Melting Pot is an experience, not just dinner. You're paying for the experience of conversion and "making" while feasting on a variety of flavors. It's expensive so go with those who want an experiential dining, not just food. No small kids - no chicken nugget dining here. The staff are pleasant and accommodating and of course, food well prepared for your cooking needs. Comically, you're paying extra to cook your own meal 😋 but with that comes laughter and a whole lot of conversation you wouldn't ordinarily have over chicken parmesan. I recommend it - but bring your conversation and stop watch!

Went during restaurant week it was delicious and they offered as much as you would like (expect the meat). Make sure you leave your self plenty of time to eat as you are cooking your own food. 1 to 2 hours would be normal.

Brought my grandparents for their first time trying fondue! Sean was an excellent server as always and was doing a great job training a new server! Matt made a great whiskey sour that my grandma enjoyed and helped make the evening even more enjoyable 💕
