Pelicans Reef - Cincinnati - Photo album

What a hidden gem!! Perfect type of place for me, I just wish we lived on the same side of town! Will definitely stop by again when in the area! The coconut shrimp with the sides (clam chowder and Caesar salad) were amazing. The salad was huge to be considered a side, could’ve been it’s own meal lol
This place was amazing!! We had our weekly lunch with our large family and everyone was happy. Great variety and pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress was very sweet and personable and offered great suggestions! Adding this place in rotation for us.
We've only been here once before years ago, but enjoyed it and wanted to come back for our anniversary. The service was great and very friendly. The clam chowder was great, but the shrimp and onion rings were a little overcooked. Sweet potato fries was my first choice, but they were out, so onion ri
Food was fairly decent. The fish sandwich was a little over cooked at the edges, but overall it was pretty decent. A small pin bone was found in the salmon on the salad. Not to be unexpected, but could have been a bit more careful. The fries and onion rings both came out really well, and I perso
Everything was excellent!!! Can't wait to come back and enjoy it again.
I had not been to Pelican's Reef in about 20 years but, always raved about it to my husband. I don't know why it took so long to get back here! The ambience is great! Very fun, and beachy. The staff was fantastic, and friendly. We started off with the lobster bisque and calamari. The bisque was hear
We ate at the Reef Top, the upper restaurant, and the food was very good. Try the pretzels and beer cheese, it's the best I have had! I had a blackened halibut with crab and Benedict sauce....yum!
This place has consistently put out great seafood year after year. Every time I go the kitchen has cooked the seafood perfectly (and that's not an easy thing to do). Excellent food at great prices. My favorites are the calamari, Po' Boys and the coconut shrimp. Go and you will not be disappointed.
My first visit....The place had distanced tables and very clean atmosphere. The food was amazing in both taste and presentation. The Caesar Salad is very good. The lobster fritters with Jalapeno tartar sauce is delicious. Their Crab cakes are more Crab than cake and that was delicious and that fresh
I take myself to eat at Pelican's Reef when I want to care for my whole body and heart and soul. They prepare their food consistently excellent every time they treat me like family and it's a great atmosphere.
The mothers day meal was excellent...as always the food was fresh, tasted amazing and the whole staff did a amazing job
This place has great quality food with an awesome atmosphere. We sat at the bar and Star was our server. She made us feel like we are part of the usual crowd. I had the Island Tacos with mahi mahi and it was a great mix of spice and citrus. The Tomato, basil, lobster chowder was out of this world.
Would go there several times a week and always got good food and enough attention from the servers not too much, but not being ignored. It was a favorite place of mine.
Great place. We went for lunch & parked up the hill in the back. Lots of parking. There is a bar upstairs and a bar/ restaurant downstairs. We ate downstairs. I had a fish fry & my wife had the bacon cheese burger. Both were great. The sides were also really good, coleslaw, dirty rice & fries. We e
I had the Mesquite Grilled Grouper Sandwich, Beer Battered Onion Rings and the Lobster Bisque. I also tried the Sweet Potato Fries. I tried the Lobster Bisque and thought it was good but it had a little bit to much tomato flavor for me. The Mesquite Grilled Grouper was excellent. It was seasoned, gr
The seafood was great! I had calamari and a grouper reef salad which was very large and even more tasty. The service was weird-- a bit over attentive but always on the fly. I am not sure the waitress actually ever really heard our answers because she moved off so quickly.
Being originally from South West Florida, I felt like I was stepping into any of the restaurants in the area from the decor. I got a real feeling of nostalgia from the nautical charts, signs, and knickknacks. I ordered the Shimp Tacos and swapped one for a fish that another person at my table order
