P. F. Chang's has, to my mind, a well deserved reputation as an awesome place to dine out, andvto get take out. Their prices are a bit higher than Chinese food elsewhere, but both the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and wonderful staff have me coming back as often as I can. When my girlfriend graduated Nursing school, we took the entire family and decended upon P.F. Chang's and had a wonderful time eating great food, with people we love. It was awesome and despite our large group (14 people or more, I forget) and a three year old with us, the staff went into overdrive making certain we had everything we needed. There was no shortage of hard working staff keeping us fed and happy. I highly recommend it!
First time there, but the best Chinese food we’ve ever eaten ! Our server was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. We will definitely return !
I was there from Lexington Ky, I hadn't been to this location in 7 1/2 years, food was excellent and the best server ever... I can't remember his name, but he reminded me of Adam Levine...anyways, your doors needed windex bad...I was there about 15" after you opened and couldn't believe all the fingerprints... sorry for telling you this, but your doors are always spotless... I was just taken back...
As always, the food was delicious and the service was top rate.
PF changs is amazing.. love their Mongolian beef, pepper steak, wok charred brussel sprouts, changs losbter and shrimp rice, wontons, lettuce wraps... yummm!! Awesome service and great ambience. The norwood branch in Cincinnati is my absolute favorite <3
This is a great location. Food and service are great. They have an extensive menu and the food is very consistent.

My husband and I love this place. Food is fresh and we are always extra happy when we get seated in Kyle's section. He is the best waiter! If you haven't tried the crispy green bean appetizer, you need to. Sign up for the rewards program and earn free meals, too.

If you want to know what real, delicious Chinese food tastes like, come to P.F.Chang's. The food and service are incredible.

The place was lit 🔥. Lovely staff greeted us the moment we entered. Because of the reservation done .. we got our table set with the birthday card for my daughter… absolutely lovely.. there were hand written wishes and even a unicorn 🦄 drawn inside.. thanks a ton to everyone who put their efforts in it . We ordered everything vegetarian.. and to our surprise everything was absolutely flavourful. We had lettuce wrap , pad Thai noodles customized to be vegetarian and kids fried rice customized to be vegetarian too. The lettuce wrap to my surprise were way too good . Had an amazing experience
Absolutely loved the food and service here. I was visiting Cincinnati for work and have been ordering PF Changs through Uber eats every day for 4 days straight. Their prices and portion sizes are perfect with options of creating meals or entrees separately.
My server was extremely hospitable too and she took the time to share options with me of how I can combine entrees into meals or keep them separate. I ordered enough to keep some for my drive back to Toronto too.
Fantastic work team PF Changs. If I am back in Cincinnati, I will be ordering from you again for sure.
I've never had a bad meal here. They are able to make my favorites gluten free. I always leave with leftovers. Our server was friendly and accommodating... An old friend and I were catching up after not seeing each other for a long time and he was amenable to cashing us out and letting us chat unencumbered for a bit. There were plenty of tables available so we weren't an inconvenience to other people trying to get in to eat. Definitely a good experience for our money.

Went to P.F. Chang's for my 14th Anniversary. There was no wait when we arrived. We were seated immediately. Our server Bobby was very friendly. He took our drink order and brought them quickly. When he returned, we order appetizers and our entrees.
I got a cup Hot and sour soup to start. The soup was flavorful with a touch of heat. Not peppery like some soups I have had elsewhere.
Next, crispy lettuce wraps with chicken. The leaves were cool and crisp. Chicken mixture was very good.
We ordered pork egg rolls. I was surprised by the size of them. They were sliced in half and still very hot, touch wise.
My order, Crispy Honey shrimp was delicious. The shrimp had a tempura breading served on rice noodles. I did get white rice with it.
My wife got the Korean glass noodles. It was good with shrimp, beef, and chicken in it.
To finish up, I ordered the Chang's Apple crisp. 6 apple rolls with ice cream with cinnamon on it and vanilla caramel drizzle on the plate. Very tasty.
Bobby, our server, kept our drinks filled and his service was outstanding.
I will return again. I forgot how wonderful P.F. Chang's is.
We got Pork Egg Rolls, California Roll, Kung Pao Chicken with Fried Rice, and Sweet and Sour Chicken with Lo Mein. It was all amazing! The staff were friendly and our waiter was awesome! We will definitely be back!

I ate alone and had a meal and appetizer. It was delicious. Presentation was put into each dish. Prices are solid if not underselling the quality of this restaurant. I am generally an introvert and appreciated the experience.
This was my second time having dinner at PF Chang’s. It was a finale for our cultural fulfilled day. After attending the Shen Yun performance, we decided to have dinner here. Our server was very accommodating, taking care of all our requests. We had a delicious and delightful evening. I finally learned how to properly hold and ear with chop sticks! 😂
My only complaint would be to clean the restroom more often when busy but besides that I look forward to our next visit.
Pretty good, some parts of the lettuce was a little brown for my wraps. My husband got the shrimp fried rice and loved it. The steamed dumplings were delicious and the sauce was amazing that went with them.

I had the most amazing dinner experience here. I ordered the Strawberry Cucumber Limeade($6) and the Singapore Street Noodles ($14). The food and drinks were DELICIOUS! Grant was my server and he did a great job and was very attentive. The place was clean and has beautiful decor. I will be back!

I was meeting up with someone to purchase a rug and this was our meet up spot. i have the night to myself (no kids or spouse for the night), so I thought it’d be a treat to grab P.F. Chang’s.
I was going to get Mongolian beef- swapping out for shrimp and when it came to 22$ I just hated spending that much on 1 item so I went for my second favorite - shrimp potstickers and I have been wanting some rice and noodles and decided to get 2 different kids meals. I wanted variety and not quantity so this was perfect. I got the rice and added extra spice and it was hot, flavorful and good (sometimes i find kids meals aren’t that great when our 10 year old gets them at other restaurants but this was great!)
I was too full to eat the lo mein so that will go to my kiddo tomorrow :)
Everything was hot, flavorful and the service was outstanding. I knew I’d be at the restaurant at a specific time and I requested it be done at 4:10 and i believe that is almost exactly when it was handed to me. Friendly staff chatted with me while I waited for less then a couple minutes :)
The only slight downside is the fruit side.. not good.. go for any other side as their food is just awesome …. :)
Honestly- i didn’t need a side and after tip (15% for carry out) my total was still less the 30$
It was a breeze to prepay….
AnywaY, I am just thrilled at the ease of this experience and will definitely be doing carry out more often.
ALWAYS remember to ask for a fortune cookie as this is the second time I have not gotten one and I believe it is due to a gluten issue ( say what???— but who cares as their food rocks and service is good except this weird caveat). Anyway- they were happy to grab them - just remember to ask for them :)
The food was fantastic, and was no problem to modify my order. Really cool atmosphere, and Nicole our sever was just the best!!! 5 stars all the way!
Visit was on a Monday during lunch about noon. The service was great and our server was on point with beverage refills did not have to ask for a single refill. The food flavor was present! And everything was fresh. The portion sizes are small for the price. Inflation is one thing, but giving less (not much protein plated) is not ideal for a consumer. We did order dinner portions and glad we did. I would be afraid to see the lunch size portions.
