Excellent burgers and great service, The burgers were perfectly cooked and spiced. I had mine with the onion and BBQ sauce and I have to say the food was 1st class. The coleslaw was the best I have ever had. My only complaint is that I use the Entertainment app coupon, Find it irritating when a business signs up for the Entertainment book and then hesitates about accepting the coupon. I found this place because of the Entertainment app so please do not hesitate about accepting it.
Great wait staff. Very knowledgeable of menu. Burger was very good. They have smoked wings that smell amazing. Maybe next time.

The best hamburgers on the Westside. The pretzels and beer cheese are excellent. Great atmosphere, good food and cold beer. That's a trifecta in my book.
Just had lunch there today for the first time. The burger was by far one of the best I ever had. Great job by Phil and his staff. Renee was awesome behind the bar excellent service.
My daughter Jadelynn brought me here for Mothers Day & it was absolutely delicious! I ordered a Cheeseburger with Ghost Pepper Cheese, Fries w/beer cheese sauce & she ordered the spicy Buffalo Wrap w/fries & ranch... SO GOOD! Waitress was on point too! Ty♡

The Highlander never Disappoints. Tried the Big Chandler for the first time yesterday and it is my new second favorite. Beer Cheese and Pretzels is a great way to start things off (I get without salt). I'll eventually try the entire menu but love what I've already had so have a hard time branching out.
We had a great experience. Service was wonderful. Food...flavor and portions...were excellent. We'll be back.
Chandlers is our all-time favorite! Burgers are great and the smoked wings are awesome! We eat here at least once a week - great service, atmosphere & prices. Highly recommend!
Great food and excellent staff! They were very friendly in response to our toddler twins who kept trying to talk to them or say hi everytime they went by. We will definitely be back!
I've been here twice and a good experience both times. I had Who Dey and Panther burger which both are good. The fries are great, they don't need any extra seasoning. The environment was nice, so was the service.
The good: Burgers were good. The appetizer was Craft Beer Cheese and Pretzels and was delicious. Price was not bad.
The bad: My daughter's meal, Kids Mac & Cheese, was literally Kraft Mac & Cheese from a box, and not even the Velveeta kind. She was so disappointed... The parking lot had ZERO open spots, causing us to drive around until someone left, but somehow there were plenty of open tables? Not only is that wierd but off-putting.
I'm not in a hurry to go back, but I'm not writing it off, either. It was okay...
Nice place, plenty of TVs and bar space. Local beers and the usual on tap. Burgers are good. Can't really complain. Check the local mags for coupons which make it really worth it.
The burger was great with size, texture and flavor. We had the double and it is large enough to split and so we did. They accident ly delivered cheese fries which would have been better with some bacon bits. Enjoyed the games on the televisions too.

I really liked Chandler’s. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to anyone that wanted a casual dining experience and an awesome burger. It also looks like a fun place to hang around football season. It makes my heart happy that a good restaurant has arrived in the west side.
They Got It Right!!!!. They totally NAILED the remodel and re-branding (Burger Bistro) of the original blue hair joint this place use to be. The place looks AMAZING!! Bright, Fresh, Modern. I have been a handful of times now and have tried a decent amount from the menu. Everything I have had I would get again. The wings may be one thing I am not sure of that I have had. When I got them they tasted more like charcoal than they did smoke. There was like a black dusting on them which doesn't seem right. Would be curious to know how they smoke things. The fish is fantastic, the burgers are good, Reuben was good, the apps are all good. Everything they use appears to be fresh which is awesome. Too many people try to short cut with processed frozen foods. So far I have not witness this there. I have a feeling this place will do VERY well. Great atmosphere for dinner or just hanging out. The parking is the biggest down side to going there.
Known for the burgers here!! Absolutely delicious. I have had fairly quick service, but they are popular so you never know if there will be a wait. The boneless chicken is good quality, crispy, and just everything I was looking for.
Insider Tip: I did try the Buffalo chicken salad that is a “Chandlers Signature” however I found the boneless chicken with Buffalo sauce was 100% better than the chicken that comes on the salad!
Chandler’s exceeded all expectations. I had never been but driven by several times. In need if a great lunch, I chose to visit today.
The food was on point for an American bar and grill. Service was solid, and the atmosphere was inviting.
On top of it all, the Cincinnati Reds put on a spectacular comeback performance. Great spot to enjoy the game!

Great food at a great price!! The burgers here are delicious, and there are several different ones to choose from. I had the Musketeer, and my husband had the 513 burger. I highly recommend the 513 burger, but it definitely has a spice to it. Burgers are around $11-$12 and include fries. That is a great value!!
We came in on a Saturday evening, and the place was packed. We were still seated quickly, and our service was great.
Wait was a bit long but that's because it was a Saturday night with a Reds game on. I got the "big red machine" burger (pictured below) and my husband got the "highlander" burger. Patties were thick and juicy.

Wings, Bistro Balls, The Big Chandler, The Westside, fried pickle chips... Good food, good friends, and good times! We ate like kings and took more wings home to Columbus too! 😂 If you haven't had their wings yet, RUN, don't walk!
Amazing burgers and fries. I got the 513 burger and it was delicious down to the last bite. We went for dinner and they were very busy but were still able to seat us immediately. Wait staff were very fast and, despite the crowd, we didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Highly recommend.
First time trying Chandler's. It was the Ohio State Michigan game. They were super busy, but we were seated right away and the server was right there and the food came out quick! We will be back!
I rarely remember to take pics before diving in and this is no exception. There were more wings before this pic. Hubs said... "Take a picture of these wings. These are legitimately the best wings I've EVER had in my life."
I have to agree. The wings alone were worth the trip to Delhi, which is nowhere near where we were on our rare trip to Cincy. I got the Big Chandler and he got the Big Red Machine double plus wings and pickle chips! I wanted to order more to take home, but that's a long drive and I didn't want them to spoil... You guys NEED a Columbus location!!!
Love the food, but no one ever answers the phone for carry out. Please add an order online feature to alleviate this.
The burgers are really good. Service has always been A+. But it's become impossible over the past few months to even get a parking spot. A 30 minute wait to park, before you even wait to be sat.
Have had good service here every time. Everything I've tried from the menu has been delicious. The fried pickle chips with ranch (that tastes homemade) are so freakin' good. The burgers are a decent size and are cooked thoroughly but not even remotely dry. The variety of toppings should be enough to please almost any burger lover. The fries are always hot and cooked to perfection. The only reason this is not a 5-star place for me is the burger bun - it tastes good, but the bottom bun is too thin and gets lost when eating the sizable burgers.
Good selection of a variety of burgers, sandwiches and wraps. The pricing was mainly around $10 which included fries or chips for a good value. I had the Cubano which was tasty, with a hint of smokiness to the pork.

Made in house blue cheese is amazing!!!! The dry rub is a definite try for wings and the spicy wings are not overly hot. Service was quick for a lunch rush and we ate in less than 45 minutes. Happy experience & will be back.
