The staff are super friendly and the ice cream is delicious! I got the caramel macchiato with Vienna coffee. The Bearcat flavor is wonderful too.
This was our first time and the ice cream was very good. I didn't know they had a bakery area. Will be stopping by again. They also have a cute indoor slide for the kids.

Nice clean my grandkids liked it I love all of the icecream themed slide and cookie shaped chairs and you can sit outside of the room and eat icecream and drink coffee while watching the kids have fun clean store 2 party rooms

The best ice in town. We went there while our stay for US-Christmas vacation at our relatives home. The Team at the shop was so nice and helpful. We would like to have graeters in Germany too.

Graeter's never disappoints when it comes to deserts and the renovated building provides a family friendly atmosphere. The ice cream isn't cheap, but it's worth it if you can spare the change. Beware the late night rush on weekends.
Graeters ice cream is great obviously. Their chocolate chips are ridiculously good and sometimes you get a giant chunk of chocolate which I love. This location is decent. They always do a good job at getting through the long lines of people really fast.
