Phelps Bar - Cincinnati - Photo album

Great view and atmosphere. The food was very good and the drinks were made perfectly, unfortunately the Lava cake was not molten and it tasted like it was frozen, not fresh. For the price, I was expecting better on that.
This is the best view in Cincinnati at night. You can enjoy adult beverages and see forever. It's good they control access now so.its not too crowded. Wish they served food later, too
This bar was beautiful. Two stories and with great views. Unfortunately, the cocktail selection is a bit limited but they can probably make whatever you'd request. They didn't have certain garnishes like rosemary or flowers that would make a really beautiful or special cocktail. The bar tenders were
First time visit. I arrived at 5pm when it opened. Chose a seat overlooking the city the weather was perfect. Our server was attentive. The food was tasty. I will definitely go back. There was music playing. It was a fun and festive experience.
A wonderful, engaging dining experience. A perfect location for a rehearsal dinner or special occasion.
Hip and happening place to be. Great food. Fabulous service. We loved the cosmos made with juice, fresh. Handicap accessible ramp to left after you get off the elevator. Easy access for all. Must go at sunset. You can’t beat the view. Courteous service, our order got lost and they comped us a drink.
Unique experience with live band musics and liquor at 12th floors. View is exquisite. Glad the weather is good and chilling and had good time with friends
We had our family reunion in Cincinnati over the weekend a couple of weeks ago. We stayed at The Phelps. It's a great spot being right across the river from Newport and within walking distance of Great America Ballpark. We reserved the first level of Top of the Park for a family dinner, at night it
This place was pretty great. The view was amazing and was the perfect spot for a first time city visitor. A small sangria and a can of IPA was nearly $20, so it's definitely a one drink kind of place. We also had to wait to go up due to the capacity limits but fortunately it had just rained so not
What a view! This place had it all...the food was delicious (I had the Chicken Sliders and my friend a Flat Bread Pizza and there were no complaints from either of us!) We imbibed in some pretty unique adult beverages and the service was outstanding. Did I mention the view?! Breathtaking!
Beautiful view with excellent service. Best hidden gem in the city! 🤩😍
Beautiful views any time of day! The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the crab stuffed jalapeños (they were not at all spicy, more like a sweet pepper, really), and the fish tacos. 9/10 for both dishes 👌 There is popular music playing softly on speakers, and at dusk, neon lights line the glass barri
Excellent atmosphere with great staff and great food. The rooftop view overlooking the City is breathtaking!! I highly recommend this place to everyone including friends and family.
Last stop of the nite before calling it quits during the music festival. Great view of the surrounding area and river. Drinks were well-priced and very refreshing. This will be added to my list off regulars when in town!!!
I consider this place a hidden gem in Cincinnati. The best rooftop bar view in the city. Much better than the roof of 21c. There are actually two levels on the roof you can hang out on.
Very nice place with an excellent view! There was live music and the food was pretty good. I had a drink, beer, and the Angus beef sliders. Great place for happy hour. I will be back!
