Drive through at Red Bank Road location was a little slow but service was friendly and the order filled correctly. For the price I have to say the sandwich has seemingly shrunk over the years. Potato pancake is a staple and the Matza ball soup is a Friday-only specialty.
I got their famous Ruben and I definitely didn't disappoint. I'm live in Columbus, but will make this a regular stop any time I'm in Cincinnati. Great food good laid back service and atmosphere. Just all around a very pleasant experience
I'd never been here before. The reuben was incredible. Flavorful throughout, moist bread...every bite was delicious. It came with a potato pancake that was the perfect balance of crispy outside and soft inside with great seasoning.
If you don't like reubens, there are plenty of other items to try,
I used Izzy’s to cater an event for an organization I am in- it was my first time using them for catering and it won’t be my last! Amy did a great job helping me determine what to order and was very responsive. The food was fantastic and very fresh. The staff at the Red Bank location were very helpf
I have never been here before. It was very good. Stephen was our server. He patiently explained everything perfectly to us. We had the Ruben and Joe Walters. Out of both of them I loved the Ruben the best. We were given kosher pickles at the table.
Was staying at the Holiday Inn up the hill and was looking for some place close to eat. I liked how you can get a half a sandwich. I got the Ruben which was filling. The potato pancakes was a great snack at the end of the night.
I got a half Reuben and I loved it! I had never actually had a Reuben before but apparently Izzy’s is famous for it so I had to try it. It was a very delicious sandwich. The potato pancake was also very good. I got chicken noodle soup and it wasn’t the best, but overall the meal was delicious.
Exceptional good eatery. Have been there many time and each time experienced great tasting food and excellent Customer Service. This is highly recommended. Well done Management and Staff.
Free pickles and instead of fries or chips with everything it's a potato pancake instead? Yeah!
Got Turkey Reuben... not on rye not toasted but was good. I prefer more sauce and kraut, as it was a bit dry.

The turkey dinner sandwich was amazing.
About as good as a fast/casual sandwich shop can be. Reubans are good, the potato cake was more like a grease sponge.
Ruben was great, potato cake was good, although it was the first I’ve ever eaten, and barley and beef soup was warm and tasty.
